This vacation rental is located on the first floor with convenient parking right in the front. The open concept studio is small but big with accommodations. We provide everything you need for a nice stay. Cookware, dinnerware and silverware for all of your cooking needs. A nice bed for cozy nights after a long day and a couch that you can stretch out on. A big screen tv for those inside moments that you just want to relax in the AC. Bogue Shores is a popular vacation destination many people vacation at year after year. Close to all of the family friendly attractions and some of the best local restaurants in Eastern NC. Take a water taxi to some of the little islands or play putt putt golf just down the road. Get wild and wet at the bumper boats or water slides. The intercoastal waterway is located right behind the facility where you can sit in the gazebo or outdoor swing and watch the boats go by. Private beach access is a few short just across the street. TIf you are looking to just relax or you are more interested in finding something to do every minute of your vacation this is the place. Just read the reviews for this beautiful five bedroom, five and one-half baths with expansive sound views. Our goal is to make this vacation one to remember and the reviews reflect it!
The 4th floor has a bonus room as well as king bedroom and bath. The views are incredible! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twin) and 3 baths and some have views of the sound. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen with counter seating. There is a porch and deck off this space for bird watching and looking at spectacular sunsets! The king bedroom offers sounds views and a large bath. There is a half bath on this floor. The first floor has a two car garage with a Nema 14-50 for charging electric vehicles. There is also an elevator.
There are many reasons you may be content to stay inside but you also have great options to get outside and enjoy everything Cottages at Bay Ridge in Atlantic Beach has to offer. The boardwalk (approximately one-third mile and right next to our home) which leads to a covered gazebo on our private island on the sound. Fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding, or picnicking are all possibilities while enjoying the outdoor beauty. You are in walking distance to shopping, pool, restaurants, bars and grocery store. We are accommodating and try to respond quickly if you have any questions. Located in Atlantic Beach, this charming condo is a vacation getaway you'll want to return to year after year. It features a cozy open-concept living room, bedroom, and kitchen area, making it ideal for a couple or a small family. With a queen bed and a lovely living room that includes a queen sofa bed, guests will find this property to be a soothing retreat. This unit has been completely updated and boasts new furnishings to ensure your comfort during your stay. The Intracoastal Waterway lies behind the facility, providing access to grills, picnic tables, and a gazebo for relaxing or cooking your catch of the day. There's also a dock area available for fishing. The beautiful sandy beach is just across the street and is less than a three-minute walk from this unit. To top it all off, Bogue Shores features one of the largest and cleanest pools on the island, along with a cute baby pool. Be sure to visit the local waterparks, the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, as well as the local surf shops and gift stores. A grocery store is about five minutes away, along with many excellent seafood and steak restaurants that the locals rave about. If you're eager to explore more, you can book a boat tour to visit some of the islands for a few hours or enjoy a dinner cruise. There's so much to do that you'll want to come year after year to experience it all! Just so you know, this unit measures 300 square feet and features an open layout with no divider between the bed, living room, and kitchen areas. While small in size, it is big on amenities and charm. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away and you can also enjoy the inter coastal waterway that is located behind the facility. If a picture is worth a thousand words, the view from the screened in porch of Bogue Shores Suites Unit 249 is easily worth a million! It is a living portrait of the Intracoastal Waterway with Morehead City as a backdrop, ever changing with the time of day, different weather patterns and abundant wildlife. Not to mention, the porch itself significantly increases the square footage of private living space for the lucky renter. The breezeway provides even more covered outdoor area to gather with family and friends or simply enjoy the wonderful balmy weather of Atlantic Beach.
This second floor 400 sq ft efficiency condo accommodates 4 guests. It is perfectly appointed for comfort with one queen bed (new for 2024) and one queen pull-out sofa to ensure a good night's sleep. Food preparation is a snap in the well stocked kitchen, which comes equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker and counter-top oven. The bathroom is fully functional with a tub/shower, pedestal sink and even a hair dryer. High speed wireless internet and cable TV are included for those who feel the need to stay connected while on vacation. Decorated in soothing colors this condo is designed for ultimate relaxation. It is arranged to enhance your enjoyment of the spectacular sound views at all times.

The house has two decks, one deck located out front with an ocean view and the other deck located out back which overlooks the pool. You can walk across the street to the public pristine beach. You are in close proximity to a wide array of boating & fishing activities (Fishing Pier), shopping, dining, and a multitude of other area attractions. Relax at the pool located right behind this house where you can lounge in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops is open to the Family Room which overlooks the pool.
