Staff was decent but they charge for everything. Want to stay 10 min later than check out? $10 more... don't want pay $20 to park in the sketchy parking lot? Sorry, you have to.... The area around it is SO unsafe. Rooms are below average, not nasty but not clean. There are people in and out of your room, day and night. Neighbors staying up until after 5am partying, people on the "roof deck" partying... If you want to sleep, don't stay here. I was afraid for my life and didn't sleep a wink because I thought someone was going to break in. The staff did the best they could being in a very dangerous area. Would NOT recommend.

it was said there was housekeeping, there was none, we had to go to desk daily to get towels, the sand was still on the floor from the last people who where in our room our fridge didn't work we realized after buying food to put in it, we put it in a cooler to keep cold with ice and the next day there was a sign saying you can't fill up coolers, we had to put our garbage outside our door along with used towels and they picked them up hours later. couldn't find anyone except the front desk person. they were friendly enough but didn't get any of our issues fixed. just not a clean enjoyable place to stay. i realize it was close to the ocean and boardwalk but i want to be able to take my shoes off in my hotel room but i couldn't the people next door to us got a sweeper and swept their own room because no one else would. no breakfast just a microwave in the middle of a room, had coffee but no condiments for it and most of the time no cups to put the coffee in .

My family stayed at this hotel for one night because we came in to Atlantic City a day early and our Airbnb was not available till the following day. I thought this would be a great place for an overnight stay, I was very wrong!! The picture of the room is far from what we expected. It was so dirty i immediately checked for bed bugs upon our arrival. The smell and the unknown things on the wall made my stomach turn… this hotel is by far the dirtiest place I have ever been too but my husband talked me into just going to bed and getting out of there the next morning, still reluctant. Also my sister in law and her family stayed In an adjacent room to ours, same experience but they didn’t have AC so on a night when it’s 85 degrees no comfort even despite the horrible circumstances. And the front desk manager did nothing about it. Didn’t even entertain the request.. Do not stay here!!!

The sheets wete used with long strands of hair and stained with blood. The bed had a bedbug infestation. I talked to the receptionist and he gave me another room with the same issues. I decidedl not to stay and drove back home, I live about 2 and a half hours away.He told me to show him and I was willing to, but he refused to go see. He told me he wasn't going to give me a refund and I told him it was ok. That i was going to gve them a bad review. Things happen for a reason. One moe thing; when you unlock the door the key doesn't lock it back up when you leave.

No me gusto el cuarto apestaba habia hongo en el microonda, humedad en el sofa cama. No lo recomiendo. I didn't like the room, it stank, there was fungus in the microwave, humidity on the sofa bed. I do not recommend it

Smell bad,no hair dryer,no iron on the room,n No microwave or coffee pot.very noisy in the next,room we couldn't sleep..

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and jet tub worked just fine. they made sure we had plenty of towels etc to make our stay comfortable. my wife and I will definitely be staying there again.👍👍👍

The man at the main office is extremely rude & they have moldy rooms. Very unsafe for people who have asthma. Most of the rooms don’t have heat. It’s a mess. They require a $250 deposit which doesn’t state when you’re booking.

FRONT-DESK yelled at us and wouldn’t let us check in after demanding a $200 deposit in cash. This was not listed on the terms when booking they were very rude through us out and refused to discuss the issue rationally.
