Great building, a bit off location, but nice amenities and very helpful staff

Nous sommes venus avec un decalage d un an pour mes 70 ans de mon epouse annule au dernier moment l an dernier pour problemes de sante.nous avons choisi le meme hotel les memes excursions nous sommes tres content globalement du sejour sur 11 nuites .acceuil service de 2ere classe dommage que la carte excellente soit malheureusement d un niveau de prix en rapport avec les etoiles de hotel car pas forcement au niveau de toutes les bourses meme si ol y a au moins 5 lieux de restauration je suis d accord toutes choses a son prix et nous savoonss dejeune ailleurs moins bien en excusoons et parfois tres bien ailleurs mais assez loin a pied de l hotel qui est dans une zone residentielle calme au milieu de l ile.nous avons beneficie de toutes les attentions et plus particulieremt le jour de lanniversairz de mon epouse mervi encore.service teansport tres bien.saison un peu fraiche et venteuse qui ne permet pas de profiter des piscinew exterieures mais tres belle piscine interieure.peut pas assez de chaines cinema a la tele pour les amateurs. Nous avons et aurons un excelent souvenir du non choix sue nous avons fait geace a vous Merci a toutes et a tous MICHEL ET SABINE

Probably the best hotel we ever stayed at. The restaurants were amazing and catered for our dietery needs, as I'm gluten free and my fiancé is pregnant. The staff and all services were exceptional. Special thanks to Hazel for the most amazing massage, and for the spa management for organising our treatments.

Das Schlosshotel war wunderschön und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, und alles war einfach traumhaft. Alle Restaurants waren ebenfalls von hoher Qualität, wobei das Sternerestaurant Bahia natürlich das Highlight war.

Our room was large, but needed updating. We would have expected a walk in shower, not shower in bath. Our room overlooked the garden and outside space for breakfast, but in the afternoons it was used for family photo shoots, weddings etc., which meant it wasn't peaceful. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and polite. There was a choice of three restaurants and a fourth, the Bahai which was never mentioned, but did exist. I think the hotel is living on its past reputation. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a stunning property! The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the beds were so comfortable! The pool was amazing! There was a little wear and tear. The carpet in our bedroom needed, at the very least, a good deep clean or, even better, replacing. Some of the towels had holes and were frayed. The blackout lining on the drapes was torn and let in a lot of sunlight. The robes were frayed and tired looking.
