Location was good if you’re looking to stay close to Worcester for cheap. Room kind of smelled weird though. Didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The bald guy behind the counter was great !! The room smelled a little of mildew ..

The Comfort Inn Auburn was a very nice, family-friendly lodging. Its lobby was warm and welcoming and it included hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate, freshly baked cookies. The staff, especially Inga, went over and above to help us when we told her that there wasn't enough shampoo for our four-guest room. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needed to stay in this area.

The lobo was under construction, so the kitchen area was blocked off for 2 out of 4 days that I was there for. The gym was out of order, 1 of the main reasons I booked there was to use the bike, since I just had knee replacement and was disappointed.

I don’t like the breakfast schedule. The breakfast was done early 10 minutes before 7 am. Many people not able to eat breakfast. The lady incharge took all the food off from the dining before 7am.

Overall, a good stay. Staff was really nice. Pros: breakfast, location to Worcester was easy to get to, room was clean, staff Negatives: bed wasn't comfortable, fan didn't work, outlet didn't work.

Clean; polite staff. Queen size bed turned out to be a full, but the room was well-appointed, with fridge and microwave. Tiny gym. Internet down during my stay.

The room and the service of food and coffee was great. Only issue was how hard the door was to open. Had to tackle the door to get it open each time.

The mattress was so hard my back was in so much pain it kept me awake.🙄 the only confort you’ll find is in the name of the hotel.

Me fascino

Well my stay was a little ruff with a few minor issues that were taken care of who ever I called at the front desk. But all and all I enjoyed my stay

room was very dirty. the ac unit did not work. water and such would not drain. overall would not return.

The first night the room was very cold. I changed the room and that was better with the heat but the toilet and shower clogged. Took two days to fix the problem. The fridge turned to be a freezer and freezed all my food and fruits. Nothing was done even after reporting. Overall fair. On a positive side the staff were nice especially INDA.
