I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I booked a non-smoking room and was given a room that was permeated with smoke. I immediately went to the front desk to ask about a different room and was told that was the only "non-smoking" room. The were remodeling and hadn't painted the room or changed the curtains and other linens over to non-smoking. I asked for a refund and was told to go through **********. ********** reached out to the property and I had to call the hotel. It took them over 2 months to issue a refund and they only refunded me $79 versus the entire amount of $180. The manager said that I was charged a night due to their policy but didn't uphold the non-smoking rokm agreement. There are plenty of other hotels in the arena, I would recommend any of those.

It worked for what we needed. It's going through a renovation, which it looks like it needed, and our room was recently renovated. They did a pretty good job. There were a couple of issues. We needed to provide $100 cash at check-in for them to keep until we left and someone was to "check" our room. Nobody checked our room, but we did get our $100 cash back, so still not sure what the cash was for. We didn't know about it before check-in, so it was a little odd, but we made it work. The smoke detector for our room was on the desk, with no battery. There was no TV remote (someone had to bring and program it). Sink faucet was super loud. Overall, we just needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights and it was fine for that.

Room was very dirty, smelly, and required maintenance. There were several other people staying at the property that made it feel unsafe. Spent all night outside on the walkway to the rooms drinking and playing loud music. Trash left everywhere. Room smelled like someone had smoked illegal ***** in it. Customer service at check in wasn’t great. Requested bottom floor non smoking accessible room and was advised there were only top floor rooms available although hotel looked pretty empty. Room request was made a month in advance at time of booking due to disability. There were also bugs everywhere, leaking shower/tub that couldn’t be stopped, and toilet that moved side to side. I avoided the bathroom at all costs and didn’t even shower due to the dirtiness. Overall, would not stay again.

I understand that they are in the process of renovation but the room I stayed in was unclean, I specifically requested a non-smoking room and I’m not sure I got that because it reeked of smoke to the point I was getting headaches. I had to go to Walmart and buy air fresheners to make it bearable. Beyond that, I had spilled some water on the floor and used a washcloth to wipe it up and the washcloth came back up brown and I got to looking and it doesn’t look like they had mopped the floors in a while, the bathroom was dingy and had multicolored spots all over the ceiling. I will be looking elsewhere for a place to stay next time I’m in Auburn.

Agréablement surpris, chambre propre, lit confortable, plusieurs restos à proximité de marche. Toutefois, petit déjeuner très décevant, café mediocre.Tout de même un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Booked a room for 4 people, housekeeping left 2 towels. Had to go to the front desk and was told she could only give me 2. I booked 2 nights and on my 2nd day, my key card wouldnt work. Had to go go back to the front desk to get it working again.

The first room was nasty with blood stains on sheets. I ask for another room the front desk clerk said they didn't have any other rooms available she will send someone to change the sheets and clean the room. I told her that it was a empty room on that same level floor. She check her computer and put me in room 102 that room was nasty also the tub, floor, behind the night stand and a big crack in the door. I killed two roaches in the bathroom and menton it to the desk clerk that was on duty on Saturday she had the nerves to tell me that the roaches came from next door. No solution on how you will handle this situation. We went to the store purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned room. The reason we stayed there because it was St. Patrick's day weekend and nothing else was available. I drove 4 hrs and needed to get some rest. I will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Was a great stay the room was very clean and comfortable the only problem we had is the sink held water but that was it everything else was great

There were roaches!! Lots of them. New floors but covered in roaches.
