Was really disappointing overall, the bed was absolutely shocking not suitable for a motel far to soft and sagged in middle most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had at paid accommodation! Terrible condensation on windows absolutely drenched we had to mop it up each day with towels as they don’t service the rooms, really needs double glazing. Terrible Mould on ‘clean’ bathmat which with 30 seconds mould off there is absolutely no excuse for this whatsoever. Felt like it needed a real deep clean. On a positive was close to dilworth bus stop. Sadly I would not stay here again nor do I recommend at all.

We liked the position of the property within the city. Unfortunately the room was very small, with an aging soft lumpy mattress, having a shower over a deep bath and no handrails for support was archaic. The hand basin faucet was difficult to use as seemed be seized up. Bed quilt stained.

Old ,room stink , torned out chair seats , torned out curtains,no housekeeping . Very bad service ,no one cleaned our room .just so disappointed with the stay . I was not given bed sheet when i requested as we have our little baby with us who dropped milk . It was sad to see bad service, owners are very greedy , i asked for washing powder as i had cloths to wash they said i have to pay one dollar for it , i paid over two thousands and they asking for 1$ just so terrible experience. Floor of our room was dirty no vacuum done , bathroom kitchen floor was very dirty and slippery i asked to clean no one bothered. I was very disappointed will never come here .

An older motel that has been updated nicely. Everything was clean and everything you need is there.Friendly staff and good value for the cost.

It’s in a quiet area not far from west field shopping centre Newmarket. There’s good access to public transport close by too . Over all it’s pretty good considering the price.

We founf this very convenient for early morning drop off for an operation. Took the stress out of motorway travel
