由於深夜到達，客服沒有提前通知鑰匙盒密碼。電話問了店鋪，需要反覆確認，導致白等一個小時才能告知鑰匙盒密碼，然後再拿到鑰匙入住。其他還算可以，畢竟才住兩晚。

Place is near to the airport , we had early morning flight to catch hence it was easy in that sense.
However place is not clean, it was stinky . There’s no sound proofing , we could hear the noise inside and outside constantly till late night.

Budget motel. No reception. Lock box for room key and phone number to call for code to lock box. Tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge and microwave. 10 to 15 minutes non peak hour traffic to airport. No shuttle airport service. Off street parking.

We loved this twin unit...exactly as pictured and recently refreshed....still smell the paint in the bathroom. Had all we needed for 1 night stay..comfy beds, plates etc for takeaway dinner, great shower, plenty of space to store large suitcases all in a compact space. The road noise in unit 4 was pretty loud....next time would ask for a unit further back from the road.

After my first stay at this motel i have been back 3-4 times and will keep going back there from now on. Honestly everything meets my expectations and more. Elizabeth (at the front desk) always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like part of their motel family. Thank you @The Auckland Aiport Motel and Elizabeth.

Thank you for my stay, clean and tidy. Exceptional staff and service, had everything we needed... even a laundry to be able to do our washing. Appreciate your staff and will now only stay here when i come back to visit

It’s as much my fault they didn’t misrepresent themselves but the rooms looked so nice (and they were) i thought the hotel itself would be nicer. Also, while convenient to the airport it wasn’t particularly convenient to anywhere else. Uber was helpful.

The room was very clean with great amenities, beautifully designed and presented. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Loved the closeness to the airport. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Auckland.
