In the past, I stayed in this hotel for three times. Compared to the past experience, it’s very bad this time because there’s a guest nearby my room who often made noise even at late night. Maybe the guest was in the upper floor, not sure. It seems that she or he had behavioural problem. She or he tried putting something and knocking the ground. Very loud! During my stay, he used to do like this. When I told to the receptionist, it seems that she didn’t care and didn’t have any positive feedback. I can’t believe that Quest has such a poor environment as well as very low quality of service. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel again. I think hotel.com should make sure the quality of service and post the list in the website.
