Worst place to decide to go to and spend your moneys worth for accommodation unless EMERGENCY needs. The reception people are Rude have no people skills and are not very friendly. The motel Holiday park is in bad conditions. The Long term residents as such as the old people in the Caravans are nasty and Rude. Not a friendly place to go to I do not recommend

Would not stay again. Holiday park really run down, a lot of permanent residents. Reception was lovely, offered upgrade at cheaper rate but overall below average.

If you happen to arrive here after 7pm (even 10mins like us who got lost Thanks to google) don't expect any kind of service at all....don't bother using the phone outside cause nobody answers it or even has the courtesy of returning your calls. Even the complex owner or manager won't answer you calls if you call them on their private mobiles ( which I managed to get off people who stay there). They take your payment & if you arrive late there is nobody to let you into your room...you're left outside having to find alternative accommodation in an unknown suburb Like most motels these days the majority of rooms are being occupied by long term guests who are most likely being financed by the NZ tax payer so they're obviously not interested in one off guests wanting a room for the night. Thanks to the poor management & non existence service our night was ruined & we were late to the function we had to attend.

My room looked clean and tidy but I found hair in the bathroom, carpet and on a pillow. An electrical socket was coming off the wall, the electric blanket lead had exposed wires. I thought the bed was comfortable.

booked through *********** - arrived 7:12pm to find paper sign on door stating reception hours had changed to close at 7 pm. Website for hotel stated 8 pm ( they have since changed as I complained. unable to contact via phone and had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. They took my money and only eventually refunded 1/2 after I complained they could have called me to see where I was. and their website stated 8 pm - *********** USELESS - customer service team appalling Place looked grotty stayed nearer to airport in the end for cheaper ! Unable to leave review on *********** as apparently I did not stay !! Save your money and go elsewhere
