The breakfast by Ms. April was absolutely delicious and fresh. They leave the food out until 10:00am which gives you time to get down and eat. We would definitely recommend this hotel just because of the breakfast… The room was very nice and clean. We stayed in 401 which has a view of the pool.

After 2 visits to this property I am highly impressed with the cleanliness, timely, and friendliness of the property and staff, yet especially impressed with the breakfast spread. The food tastes exceptionally well and full of flavor; the carnitas, the BBQ pulled meat, Oatmeal, Grits, EVERYTHING!!! I had to ask who’s the chef and the lovely lady Ms. April was the mastermind behind the dish’s… Now I’m not a morning person, but thank GOD they offer Breakfast til 10am, because I then made sure I was up to enjoy breakfast every morning… So thank you to the AGM Ms. Tabitha for being present on the property and being seen engaging with the guests and staff, helping me with my business fax and for employing a great chef & awesome person Ms. April… (My review comes from being a former Marriott Mgr, so I know EXCELLENCE and true [old fashion] Customer Service when I see it) I will 100% be back business or personal… ~Blessings, Jacqueline

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for her kindness during my stay at the hotel. As someone far from home, serving in the military and attending school, Mrs. April's warmth and care made a significant difference in my experience. Every morning, when I came to the dining area, she not only prepared delicious oatmeal but also took the time to make me feel welcome. Her encouraging words and friendly conversation helped ease my homesickness and made me feel more comfortable. The little pep talks she shared meant more to me than she might realize. Coming from Korea and being away from my family, her compassion reminded me of home. The way she prepared my favorite breakfast and always greeted me with a smile made my days brighter and easier. Great Hotel! Great staff all around. Very welcoming and helpful with absolutely everything. One host stuck out the most during my brief stay and that was Alex. She was the friendliest and most helpful Ive probably ever experienced at a hotel. Because of her and staff just like her, I will for sure be back again. Thanks Homewood!

Great rooms and the staff are excellent. The kitchen, bathroom and living room had a great layout. Convenient location. Loved the happy hour wednesdays. Would definitely recommend this hotel for long term or short term stays. Thanks to all the staff at the Homewood Suites Augusta!

Tish & JD are like family members, that’s how they made me feel! Their hospitality & that of all the staff I encountered in general from the cleaning staff to janitors have all been exceptional. Coupled with the full kitchen & workspace set up, I literally felt at home away from home!
