The worst hotel I have ever been to! Unfortunately for them I’ve worked for Accor before and I know all the little tips and tricks (not surprised I did not yet receive a survey after my stay directly on my email address) the manager was rude and completely useless.. claimed my room was not payed for and had the audacity to ask me to pull out proof of payment alongside the email of confirmation. To make matters worse a dirty fridge was waiting for me in a “superior room”.. once again a useless manager who did absolutely nothing to make my stay easier. Horrible for a 4 star hotel, save your money and go elsewhere
