Hi team, overall it was great stay for 2 days. Here are some points for you to improve 1. Room- in 207 there was drainage issue. Every time we had a bath bathroom was flooded. 2. Power backup- you must improve on power back up, during power cut it took 5-7 seconds for the power back up to come in. 3. Communication - one night dinner buffet was not available. As a in house guest it would have been better that I knew about it in advance. 4. Activities- if possible get kids play area, add some inventory to swimming pool like volleyball etc. 5. Add some goodies for kids at the time of checkin or checkout. In the end Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service, right from the moment we arrived the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere...The comfortable and lavish accommodation, delicious dinning options ,from latitude's friendly staff who took care of our babies infact chef was preparing food for my babies and yes of-course your impeccable housing staff under mishraji exceeded my expectations... I'm just awestruck by the behavior, service,humbleness of ihm -a staffs(students).I was really really impressed with how smoothly everything was organized by Taj Hotels staffs and the friendly demeanor of your staff including housekeeper gazana kaka ..Latitude staff sheetal n Raina in the main desk n kajal too...Once again thank you for providing such a delightful stay ❤️..

Datta bhau, venkatesh sir's service was outstanding datta bhau give us his Golden time to spend in talking with me he was like my relative, venkatesh sir also explain us nicely and give best advice to enjoy in beautiful hotel vivanta

I recently visited Vivanta Hotel with my family, the overall experience was mind blowing there were some nooks like the food was average and the food service was a little slow but it can be overlooked because of the wonderful service provided by the housekeeping staff (sandeep) and front office team (upasna and dishita) even though there was a lot of chaos happening in the reception still they managed to deal with the guests in a most noble way. Dishita took very good and friendly care of my daughter when we were busy with the check in process. That was my observation. I was little disappointed about the food as we expected more from them but it was very kind of Chef bhattacharya to come and appologise for the same. I recommend you to visit aurangabad during peak monsoon seasons or in winter and atleast experience staying in vivanta hotel once. Trust me you will love it.

Overall pleasant stay.. lovely ambience... cooperative & humble staff... rooms are spacious & comfortable.. breakfast menu was elegant.. food quality was A-1... rooms are overlooking the garden & naturally provide a soothing experience...

Excellent service provided by team One of my best stays and the staff goes out of their comfort zone to make u happy The showers do need refurbishing and the rooms too But the hospitality of the staff makes up for all The food is nice as well and the bar is comfy

A la hauteur de l'excellence des Taj Cet hotel est une excellente base pour visiter le coin (Ajanta, Ellora , Daulatabad Fort... etc..) Chambre très confortable et très propre avec agréable terrace donnant sur les jardins. Grande piscine, avec un responsable aux petits soins apportant nombreuses serviettes, eaux etc... Bien agréable après les visites Le jardin est magnifique avec de très belles fleurs tropicales Mais c'est surtout les repas qui nous ont ravi. Resto asiatique très bon mais les buffets variés du resto principal nous ont séduit. Difficile de ne pas trouver à son choix : asiatique, indien, occidental... différent chaque jour. Et le buffet de dessert, avec grand choix, est dangereusement succulent. Le chef Mr Rathod est là surveillant tout et cela se voit.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bzgl. Sauberkeit und Einrichtung. Für das Geburtstags -Arrangement meiner Frau hat alles grandios super gut geklappt. Ein ganzes Team incl. Butler stand uns zur Verfügung. Die Organisation und Dekoration auf der eigenen Terrasse sowie das Essen und der Service war einfach nur super gut und einmalig. Alle waren genial engagiert und haben es klasse gemacht. Das Personal in ganzen Hotel gut - alle sind sehr stolz auf das Hotel, die Stadt und die Region.

Raccomando questo hotel . Pulito e con buona cucina con lo chef attentissimo e pronto a soddisfare tutte le esigenze , oltre all’offerta del buffet. Molto apprezzato anche l’angolo della pizza. Tutto il personale a disposizione per rendere il soggiorno perfetto.

I highly recommend vivanta. Ambadas , jaya gave us a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend them. The quantity of food was great. Overall very satisfied with the ambiance, the taste and the staff. Totally worth the price!!!!!!!!
