丹佛機場凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Denver Airport)

Muy amplias y cómodas habitaciones, todo limpio y agradable. Lo que más quiero resaltar fue la atención del Sr. Alejandro Arcia, quien brindó su tiempo y dedicación para asistirme en una situación de salud, usando su propio carro para llevarme a comprar una medicina a la farmacia ya que nosotros no disponíamos de vehículo. El Sr. Alejandro no dudó en atender rápidamente mi solicitud, brindándonos un trato y dedicación completamente desinteresada, valoramos muchísimo su calidad humana, difícilmente se consiguen personas cómo él en un hotel. Quedamos Sumamente agradecidos.

We stayed there from Sunday to Sunday for a softball tournament. Housekeeping came twice, even though they were supposed to come every day. Don't stay on the freeway side if noise bothers you. Im not sure if the other side is any quieter. Air conditioning unit is also quite noisy. Water pressure in the shower was weird. It would just stop intermittently. Maybe when somebody flushed the toilet? We were on the 6th floor. The breakfast was everything you'd expect. It was busy because the hotel was full. Loved the water/lemonade in the lobby. Very spacious room. Nice amenities. Convenient location. We didn't check out the pool. I'm pretty sure they are understaffed. We checked out with one of the housekeeping staff that took our information on a post-it note. Didn't bother me, but some might think that off-putting. She was very sweet and doing her best. All-in-all it's a fine place. Im sure if it is fully staffed it's better. The staff we did interact with was polite, pleasant and accommodating.

We needed to get a hotel (last minute) due to flight delays/cancellation and I’m so glad they had availability. This was better than our conference hotel - down the street. My room’s layout was quite interesting. Breakfast (coffee) was definitely appreciated 😊. Shuttle to the airport is always a plus. No complaints here. We only stayed a night; if I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely consider staying here.

Was very upset with our stay, upon arrival which was around 5pm we got their and check in time was at 3pm they still had no rooms ready for us, we booked for 3 rooms and neither one was ready we waited what seemed like almost 1 hour for our rooms once getting our rooms and being charged the manager ended up charging the wrong room to the wrong person so that other person was charged twice then he said he could fix it and it would be dropped off but wouldnt recieve that refund intil 5-6 business days 🙄. Once we go to our rooms we notice they gave us the wrong rooms, the restrooms are so so small some of the lights did not turn on and the connections to connect hair dryer or straighner ect...where very loose and didnt hold the connection. We had already booked tickets to meow wolf and where almost running late due to not get our room right away so we unpacked hot ready and left, by the time we came back which was around 10ish we where so tired from our drive and the walk at meow wolf we where ready to sleep. My kids opened up the sofa bed and the sheets where dirty and it had alot of crumbs of i dont know what!!!! So i had to call front desk to let them know, so they gave us another room we had to pack up all our stuff again and move to another room. Thats everything that happened on our 1st visit and stay with hyatt which will be our last. Not to mention that i noticed i have 4 pending payments for my room 😠 so very disappointed.

Polite, friendly staff. From the airport pickup to front office staff and housekeeping, all pleasant. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast good.

It was only a one night stay but it was perfect. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a hotel bar. Great service.

Buen luegar especialmente si estas viajando .
