南奧斯汀舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites - South Austin)

This was the absolute most horrible room I have ever stayed in. I could feel the vibration on vehicles on the freeway, the noise was very loud. I was against the stair well and exit door. I heard it slam 63 times. The trash truck serviced the dumpsters at 3am. That’s very loud. I didn’t get any sleep at all. I am very very dissatisfied and disappointed. When I left, I tried to by a coke from the cooler. The girl working the front was on the phone. I guess her hands were too busy to ring it up. Zero multitasking there. She wasn’t speaking sign language. I’d like my money back and a credit for another room on the house. This time, not in room 102. That room is hell. Oh, and the walls are made of paper. I could heard people talking the whole time. Talking and running water and flushing g toilets. I had to leave town and go back to Houston to get some sleep. I lost the whole day. I make about $500 per day. That’s what this cost me. The more I think about it, the more upset i am about it.

Nos quedamos unos días antes en el hotel, por eso regresamos la noche del sábado 25 pero al llegar a la habitación, la taza del baño estaba despegada por lo que, se moja toda cuando te sentabas y en la regadera no había coladera, se veía el caño y daba muy mal aspecto

Staff was so good, very helpful, friendly, and very professional. Went out of there way to make my my stay most pleasant. Very clean rooms, the layouts was outstanding and comfortable. I'll be staying here again for sure.

This stay was as good as the last, great job Confort Inn Staff. Love the place, love the price.

No hicieron limpieza en las habitaciones en 3 días ,pésimo servicio al cliente y me cargaron a mi tarjeta una habitación extra ,no volvería JAMÁS

Nothing spectacular but i never felt unsafe but it did have a feeling of a by the hour establishment.

We arrived late after a 5 hour flight delay. Staff wasn’t too helpful. Room was average not very clean.

The service was excellent and the room was clean. The waffle iron at breakfast made waffles in the shape of Texas! The location was good for me as it was close to family and about 15-20 min from the airport.

Lucked out with this booking for nye weekend. It was cheaper than everywhere else, super clean and spacious room. I’d def stay here again.
