機場品質套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Airport)

Stay away from this hotel. Rundown and old with very unkind late night service attendant at front desk and threats of calling the police were made to us. Very rude way of treating us. Made us pay at check-in which was very odd as well. The only good thing was the clean bed. Other than that, nothing was clean. Stains on the carpet and dirt in the bathroom. Privacy means nothing to the cleaning crew. One person knocked lightly on our door once, and the next second barged into our room. To add to all the mess, they wake you up with the fire alarm. All we wanted was to sleep and this hotel is not the place. I know it is convenient to stay near the airport but just stay somewhere else that is actually decent.

Thenhotel qas advertised with a shuttle from airport. I have a handicap family member. We called and called hotel at 8:30 at night. No answer, finally by 8:50 someone picked up. We were tols no shuttle and they had requested it be taken off thw online ammenities. We pay $40.00 for a cab after trying to find one to accommodate handicap. We get to hotel, front doors are broken and when we get in there is no one at the front desk, a note says we will be back.15 minutes later we are checked in. The gentleman was very nice. The room airconsitioning worked half the time (93 degrees) the phone didnt work, and the oom was musty and damp due to the airconeitioner not qorking properly. I have not problem with a no frills sleeping room, but this wasnt about frills. Tha kfully we did have a handicap room to accommodate the need.

The property was old and very few amenities. Like one washcloth one little bar of soap. I came in late and asked for a room downstairs. I was giving a handicap room which is okay but it was way at the end of one side of the building. That is not cool. Also, the the room had been smoked in and smelled of it. The front staff offered to put me in another room but I did not want to repack my items so they accommodated by giving me a blanket and a sheet to cover up the smelly furniture. I have stayed in quality inns before and found them to be pleasing this property was not.

First, THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE!!! Since Covid it has not been in service. Not enough help. We stayed in a handicap room & the handheld shower holder did NOT work making it dangerous to use. I reported it & think they will fix it. The sheets were heavenly. The continental breakfast pretty good. Had a waffle maker. No eggs or meat, but still nice. The gal at the desk is super.

The room was musty. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I only needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours after my flight and it was already 11pm. Nothing about the hotel felt clean.

無料空港送迎シャトルバスがあるということで予約しましたが、行ってみたら｢コロナが広まって以来、シャトルは出していない｣とのこと。その事について、チェックアウト時にマネージャーと話ができると聞いていましたが、当日になると｢今、マネージャーはいません。｣と。 最初に入った部屋は床が掃除機をかけられていない様子で、シャワーヘッドも壊れていて自分で手に持ちながら使わないといけない状態だったので部屋を替えてもらいましたが、次の部屋も床は小さなゴミがいくつも落ちていました。

Property look run down. Breakfast is include but is toast, cereal and pancake's. You get what you pay for. Staff was very nice.

I made a reservation based on understanding that hotel had a shuttle to airport for early morning flight. I was told no shuttle when checked in. Otherwise, brief but pleasant stay.
