Thenhotel qas advertised with a shuttle from airport. I have a handicap family member. We called and called hotel at 8:30 at night. No answer, finally by 8:50 someone picked up. We were tols no shuttle and they had requested it be taken off thw online ammenities. We pay $40.00 for a cab after trying to find one to accommodate handicap. We get to hotel, front doors are broken and when we get in there is no one at the front desk, a note says we will be back.15 minutes later we are checked in. The gentleman was very nice. The room airconsitioning worked half the time (93 degrees) the phone didnt work, and the oom was musty and damp due to the airconeitioner not qorking properly. I have not problem with a no frills sleeping room, but this wasnt about frills. Tha kfully we did have a handicap room to accommodate the need.
