奧斯汀多門威斯汀酒店(The Westin Austin at the Domain)

Nice place Nice environment, near shopping store, restaurant, coffee shop

When I went water was out and shower was unavailable, very inconvenient during my stay. Other than that a good hotel

Pool area wasn’t well kept. Was told there was towels pool side but were not. There was plastic trash in the spa but still usable after removing trash. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but there breakfast has the least amount of effort put into it. Since there was no breakfast I checked out so I could go get breakfast. I realized I left my swim trunks in my room. I went back a little over an hour later and a couple hours before check out and my swim trunks had magically disappeared because the front desk informed my room hadn’t been cleaned but upon entering obviously was and my belongings stolen.

Apon walking into the hotel the atmosphere of the hotel was that we werent welcome we didnt fit in when speaking with the front desk associates they turned both turned there nose up and had a touch of resitanit in helping up and just adding to the discomfort when inquiring about a room the tone of the associates was condescending and unwelcoming and was told no room were available when asked to cancel our reservations because of no rooms we were still charged the following day for our stay even though they were told to cancel our reservations

After a long day, I returned to my room (607) exhausted, looking forward to a good rest. I was awakened at 10:30 PM with loud music and a party going on in room 609. I put up with the loud music and occasional thumps on the wall for another hour or so, but could not sleep. I packed all my things and checked out, notifying the front desk. Tough evening on a 76 year old man.

Easily the nicest hotel on the north side of Austin. Convenient to restaurants and shops.
