This is an outdated hotel. The photos are not aligned with the physical environment. The rooms are old without outlets by the bed for phones, technology, etc. The bathrooms and bathtub are outdated. The water in my shower was luke warm. I had just gotten back from running a marathon and jumped in the shower only to jump out freezing cold. They fixed it pretty quickly, yet it was too late for recovery on my part. My friend got stuck in her room because the bar at top malfunctioned. The maintenance team had to come and bust the door in. There is no room service. The entertainment/TV cable is outdated, requiring you to turn to channel 2 for a scrolling menu. I felt like I was back in the 90's. Definitely not worth the cost to stay here. Location was great, yet I would have paid more to have a higher level of comfort.

Fabulous stay, from dinner at the Roaring Fork, the show at the Paramount, to party 2nd floor bar with the band, FABULOUS...

Free upgrade was advertised by ******* and front desk would not honor it even though available. They demanded a 25 dollar cost on upgrade. Totally misleading by ******* perk! Not good

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Nice location one block from 6th street. Food at hotel restaurant was very good also.

This was a great location - easily walkable to restaurants, and a quick drive to other places we wanted to see. The valet is a little pricy, but does make it easy! The staff was super friendly, too.

Nice property, didn’t get to try the food, room smelled musty/weird but other than that it was great, very friendly staff!

Though our room was clean and the bed was comfy, that’s kind of where it ended. The rooms were tiny, there was no room service offered, and the TV only has a handful of cable channels. No ability to buy a movie or log into an account on Netflix or anything else. The front desk staff was kind, which was great. The pool was ok, but the hot tub was filthy. Like no way would you want to soak in that, which was super disappointing since we booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool/hot tub for the kids. We also had what I’d probably deem as the worst breakfast service ever at their cafe. It is the only time in my adult life that I tipped less than 20%, because it was that bad. Overall very mediocre and so disappointed for the money spent. We won’t be back.
