Awesome place to stay. Very friendly people that work there.place is clean and very comfortable worth every penny

Location of the hotel is in central Austin. It is right off the highway, so there is a lot of noise at night with traffic, sirens and people. For the most part, the room was comfortable. There was a bolted door in the room that I assume led to the room next to mine. Because of this door, I could hear the person next to my room snoring at night. Also, the pillows in the room were not comfortable. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Breakfast runs from 6am to 10am.

Loved our stay here. Very clean, pleasant staff. Breakfast was a bit lacking, and one of the elevators was broken, but being a weekday, we didn't have any issues with long waits for the elevator. Really enjoyed that there was a secondary entrance so we didn't have to traipse through the lobby if we didn't want to. Bed was super soft and comfy, but the pillows were flat. We did not have any issues with noise - either from inside the hotel or outside the hotel. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cold, and the mini fridge/freezer was just the right size for what we needed. It should be noted that you have to pay for parking - $5 a day, unless you are a Hilton rewards member. I actually am a Hilton rewards member, but somehow my reservation didn't get connected to my rewards account, so I had to pay for parking.

Hampton charged me a $75 "Incidental fee", which has yet to be credited back to my credit card. I used to be in Hilton Honors, & was a faithful member. I recently joined Marriott Bonvoy, so much better! And, none of the Marriott's are charging an absurd "incidental fee".

never cleaned the room, never cleaned the bathroom, never maid the beds and never changed the towels. I had to make the beds and hang the towels in the room. the brakfast was more o less, when I asked for more food, the personel said, I was a holiday and I did not receive enough food. please do not recomend me this hotel again in Austin.

Good Very close to UT Austin. Not like it because off 1. Rooms are very small 2. No exsaes fan in the rest room. 3. There is no boiled egg, no bananas in breakfast. We asked for them no bananas? The answer is the lady will come 11:00 am.4. Not many varieties of breakfast items compare to other Hampton inn. 5. Thy gave the key to our room and there is no door lock , it’s open. They are doing construction and the front desk lady did not know about that and gave key.

Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and attentive. Location was accessible to highways but in a run down area. The incidental was high at $75 per night. Did not like the parking fee, considering there was no security.
