I am definitely disappointed in Hampton inn & Suites, as I have been booking with them for a little over a month due to business related travel. Upon my most recent stay My vehicle was vandalized and parts were stolen, not valuables but VEHICLE PARTS. When requesting video, they informed me they did not have cameras...and all I was given was "I'm sorry that happened". It's definitely disappointing to note that they do not value their guest enough to take real sincerity for the matter, and to provide safety, as I am not the only non-local to stay at this establishment, and do not wish this on anyone to have to deal with this away from your home, it's a headache in itself as well as an unexpected expense
