奧斯汀雪松公園希爾頓惠庭套房酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Austin/Cedar Park)

L'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un très grand lit, nous avons eu un lit de 140/190. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Sur un séjour de 2 nuits, le ménage n'a pas été fait et le lit non plus. Qd nous sommes aller réclamer des informations, la personne de l'accueil nous a répondu qu'il aurait fallu que nous demandions que le menage soit fait ?

There was not outside lighting. I arrived at 8:30 pm and -0- lights outside. The person at the desk said it was something about the time change. Same thing the next night. I am handicapped and at risk for a fall. Unacceptable!

Propert and room was nice until we pulled out the couch to find it VERY dirty.

The check-in had a hiccup when I wanted to use cash to pay the fee of $20 for "incidentals", which was not stated during booking. Other than that, the hotel is easily accessible from a major highway. The single room was big, with a seating area that could be separated from the bed with a curtain. For extended stays, the only disadvantage is the lack of a cooktop. The only way to heat food is in a microwave. The parking spaces for compact vehicles need to be more clearly marked, and the staff needs to enforce them.

Half the electricity is out of the room there’s no light in the bathroom. They just put a lamp and they’re very low wattage lightbulb. You can’t hardly see anything terrible room.

For a Hilton property I was not pleased. The first room I was put in had a broken window and I was on the first floor. The staff was accommodating and apologized and moved rooms for me but the new room had a missing handle on the dresser, the kitchen sink water pressure was minimal at best and the exterior door to enter from the side (adjacent to my room) did not work my entire stay.

Run down room. Lamp missing from wall, smelled like ****, window blind messed up n water damage where the wallpaper is peeling underneath that same window.

Ice cold AC, tasty breakfast with many options. The elevators are actually nice and not janky! I have a fear of elevators but these were great!
