奧斯汀北/帕默大道萬怡酒店(Courtyard Austin North/Parmer Lane)

When I arrived, I was informed that my room was not ready. The hotel had ran out of towels because one of the washers broke down. TJ was so gracious handling the chaos. She got my phone number and told me she would call me as soon as a room was available. Within 15 min i got a call that my room was ready. When I checked in, I was told i would receive complimentary breakfast due to the inconveniece. This was fantastic. Room was great. However, cqrpet could use a good shampooing. The lamp shade in the room next to the windows looked really dirty and the faucet in the bathroom sink leaked a lot if water when opening the faucet. This was in room 421. Other than all this i really enjoyed my stay.

When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and kindly. The property looked clean and welcoming. Upon entering the room on the second floor, we noticed a mildewy, smoky smell. It was very intense. I turned down the thermostat and noticed the smell was coming from the a/c unit. It never dissipated. The room never cooled to the temperature set on the thermostat. The next morning, we went downstairs for coffee. The 24 hour coffee shop was closed. There was a pay instant machine, so at this moment, we were willing to pay for anything. We brewed a hot cup of water. I asked the girl at the front about it, and she said there are no coffee beans. So sorry. No coffee in the place. We drove to get coffee. When we got back, the breakfast space was still dark, but it seemed to have bowls of bagels set out. In the dark. I spent $250 on this hotel room for one night. No cool air, no clean smell in the room, and no coffee. I would have spent my money on a room down the street for a place with a nice, hot breakfast if i had known this. I was terribly disappointed.

Bathroom shower was not pulling. We couldn't wash our entire body because there was no water pulling from the shower head

Really disappointed with this hotel. No free breakfast for a bit more expensive room. The frig barely worked and there was no freezer in this frig. Very disappointed.

It’s a very nice facility. The one thing I noticed was there is about a half inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor which let ambient noise into the room. The room was on the first floor.

Unfriendly front desk man. When husband called because the tv didn’t work, he said he would be right there. 45 minutes later husband walked down to front desk. Desk clerk was visiting/flirting with a woman. The door on the side of the building, right by our room. Husband told front desk. Front desk person was not concerned. Then husband had to change rooms because our room flooded due to a toilet issue in another room. While all of this is happening I am in the hospital having my heart worked on. Very stressful.

The service was awesome. They tended to my needs. This was the first time I traveled alone which made me a little nervous but they made my stay very enjoyable and I felt safe during my stay. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Manager was great made sure we were happy - one of best managers in this type of accommodations I have run across
