The stay was a 1-day trip but the hotel was well worth it. The interior is beautiful and packed with the rich history of UT Austin. The bar & restaurants were amazing and professionally run. My only concern was the size of the parking garage and the hidden additional parking fee. Other than that this is one of the better hotels I've stayed in.

I understand its a conference center and prices fluctuate based on what is going on but this was an extremely overpriced stay for one night for this kind of property. Also, at check in the desk person told me she needed to swipe a card for incidentals but did not tell me there was a $75 hold for it. That is totally fine but the customer should be informed of the amount plus its been several days and its still pending on my card so that will be another hassle.

As soon I walked in the staff was attentive and friendly. The area is perfect if you are a Longhorn fan! Felt super safe and a quiet area to be in. Definitely recommend this place for any future Austin stays.

Had a BIG corner room. Great stay for parents weekend. Staff always friendly and warm. Parking lot could use attention (so tight) and rooms could be quieter (not sure how to accomplish this). But always a fun stay at the ATT for a game weekend. Thanks for the hospitality!

This was our third time to stay here and there are several reasons we keep coming back. First, the location is terrific for walking to events at Moody Center and elsewhere on the UT campus. Second, it is always clean and comfortable. Third, everyone on staff we’ve encountered is friendly and helpful. Now, if we could only get from San Antonio to Austin without the hideous traffic in either city!😊 Oh well…

Visited hotel night before Knee surgery (on crutches). Valet showed hours that would conflict with what time I needed to leave to make my surgery time. Was told be night manager that it wasn’t a problem that someone would be able to get my car. Morning staff was not willing. Instead my wife had to follow a Bellman to the Valet lot to get the car. AT&T quit caring about customer service years ago. Now it seems that extends to the Hotel as well. This place is not the same as it was years past.

Overall was great! Great location for Texas Gameday! Room was very clean. Parking was easy. Restaurant was great. Great little gift shop. Only complaint was the room did not cool well and the fan would not stay on, so warm and stagnant. Other than that, everything was great!
