Amaaaaaaxingggg!

Love our visit to hotel ZaZa! Everything was perfect and it was a great downtown location. Had dinner in the restaurant “Group Therapy” and the food, drinks and service was excellent! Why leave the hotel when it’s that well done! I would give it a 4.9 only because the one thing lacking in the bathrooms was lighting. Too dark to put your make up on! Really! Other than that it was superior!

We spent 3 night at Zaza, it is a very beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly and convenient to visit some Austin’s areas. The room was comfortable, well decorated and very clean. The restaurant was lovely and good. All staff are very polite, nice and friendly! Thanks!

Staff were not very attentive and courteous. Upon checkin, staff were having a conversation amongst themselves for at least 5 mins, no acknowledgement of us standing there to checkin and they would be with us shortly. And then when they were available to check us in, nothing of the sorts of apologizing while they were conversing or providing an appropriate welcome. Restaurant silverware and cups were dirty, food undercooked. Loud construction and sounds outside the hotel and in the hotel by the elevator while trying to sleep. Pillows could be more comfortable. For a property that is supposed to be top notch, service was not on par.

I’ve stayed at quite a few upscale hotels but this one beat them all in terms of customer service! The customer service here is top notch! And the complimentary candy (hot tamales are my fav) when you walk in was a sweet surprise. The shuttle service they offer is also amazing! We had dinner at Ruth’s Chris not too farting from the hotel and they dropped us there and picked us up. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Group Therapy, and the food was delicious, drinks were amazing, and service top notch. Ohhhhh and I almost forgot! The shower was amazing! The water pressure felt like I was getting a massage! I can’t wait to stay again!

Had an amazing stay at ZaZa! Will definitely come back! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Very impressed by the valet service guys; They were super helpful and great attitude. The hotel is beautiful and has a fun a**osphere. I feel so lucky to have found this place given I travel to Austin often. Loved everything about it, including the location! Highly recommend ZaZa to everyone!

I normally never write reviews for hotels because it is usually I stay and leave...But oh my god! This hotel was my absolute favorite to stay at ever!! The customer service was phenomenal! A shoutout to Jacob Jason Oscar and Carlos at the front desk and Grant at Valet. They went above and beyond for everything. Long story short, if you are in Austin stay here, the service is amazing, the rooms are incredibly nice, the location is conveniently located. What else do you want?? This place has it all.

We spent 4 nights, lovely hotel, new, beautiful pool area, excellent local. All great, but bathroom was dark, only 1 lite, difficult to put make up on & I only wear lip stick & mascara. No lighted vanity mirror which would have done the trick.Only a short armoire, to hang clothes, & no drawers to put our clothes away so = messy 5 days, in a beautiful room. ZaZa spent so much $ on decorating but no thought into designing what guests need. The biggest bummer was one morning we were having a yummy breakfast in their dining room & I received a text at 9:30am from hotel saying we can't use the beautiful pool that day because they were allowing a corporate work party to take over the "entire pool area" from 3pm to 9 pm . This was our day we wanted to sit by the pool.( we had tours on all the other days) If I had known this in advance, that the convention guests take top priority over the hotel guest.I would have booked a different hotel. In all my many years of world travel this was a first. I was not happy & after 7 phone calls trying to reach a manger because staff @ desk said they would talk to the "team",LOL, They gave us a free night ,which I could care less about. I wanted to sit by the lovely pool on my trip to Austin,this is why I booked this hotel for the POOL area it was 95 degrees the entire visit, it really put a sour taste in my mouth.Zaza needs to get their priorities straight either you cater to your regular guest or you become a convention hotel, you can't do both!

We had a great stay here. Loved the ice water and fruit punch available every day in the lobby. Gym was good but definitely needs more than one mat available for use. One day there were 4 of us taking turns to do core exercises. Pool was the crown jewel. Just not enough seats. People had seats reserved with a magazine when they opened at 10 and , by 2 pm, I still had not seen the folks at the pool. Meanwhile, people who were present, had no were to lay out. Loved the nightly turn down service with candies and ice. That was a great touch.
