舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Atx North)

Beds were uncomfortable, there was no water in the shower it took me forever to take a bath. The room smell funny. I wouldn’t go back there.

Very friendly staff on check-in. The room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. We didn't come down in time for breakfast but it sounded good. There was still coffee available which made my wife happy. There is an abandoned house or two across the street on the corner where homeless people gathered. I know the hotel cannot do anything about that, don't let it scare you away, it is Austin. The houses further down the street had obviously been updated, so it's in a generally good neighborhood.

overall a nice cozy stay while i enjoyed some concerts. yummy breakfast and everything you could ask for! like a gym, indoor pool, laundry, and vending! i would 100% stay here again.

It is a shame about the behavior of the Comfort Inn & Suites Chain, in the city of Austin TX, since I had a reservation for the days of Nov 03 -Nov 05, however, Hurricane Otis hit the city and port of Austin terribly. Acapulco, Guerrero, Mex. where I live so it was practically impossible for me to make my trip planned in advance. My reservation had been made through the ******* portal, where it was announced that cancellations could be made without affecting the amount of the reservation with due advance notice, however, this was not the case, try to make the cancellation 5 days in advance , and they told me that it was no longer possible to make the aforementioned cancellation so I would be charged as if I had used the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel. It is a shame that the policy of this chain is so inflexible in the face of a situation that can get out of control. guests, for my part I will not perform any type of services with this chain again, much less recommend it in the future…

The employee who checked us in made sure our room was ready at 12:00 (instead of waiting until 3:00 check in). Our room was clean and fine to just sleep in but the rest of the property is depressing looking. Lots of homeless people right outside the property.

We were in for the F1 race at COTA. We understand that prices go up when demand is high. Service was inattentive & each day they seemed to strategically remove towels from the room. 4 guests & you leave 2 towels? The experience left a poor taste in our mouths.

Property is old, rooms are renovated though Breakfast has no variety and flavor is not that good Location is ok It is just ok

Houskeeper was very loud, and shows lack of concern of guest sleeping, and front desk is not available at night.

The place is secured. Front doors are locked and you are buzzed in at the front doors. No wondering nonguest are not allowed through thw doors.
