No hot water, at all. I would have been ok if they had been honest, and told us there was a maintenance issue, and they were working on it. They just kept telling us to try again in 10 min, that it would be on, or move us to another room. That didn't make sense? If you don't have hot water in one room, how do you get it in another room? Horrible customer service by Management!!!
