英迪格奧斯汀市中心酒店(Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown - University)

Hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood - I did not feel comfortable walking around. Additionally the hotel parking experience was incredibly frustrating - after calling multiple times, someone from the front desk eventually picked up and explained I needed to park my car outside of the hotel, check-in and subsequently will be provided a garage key so I can enter the garage which had an entrance far from the hotel. Would not recommend staying at this establishment.

Stayed here for my anniversary trip and everything in the area is walking distance perfect spot in Austin Downtown and lots of food options down the street too at night. Definitely would come back!

Great location. Walkable downtown to restaurants and entertainment. Good decor and nice rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay there in a hurry leaving home I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste front desk provided me both at no charge.

Great experience except I got downgraded to one bed at the same price and had to have a rollaway bed brought in. Also, our bed had no fitted sheet? Just a mattress protector. Weird. But clean, quiet, great location.

This stay was acceptable but uncomfortable. A few notes of feedback: 1) I got to the property at 2:30 PM and my room was not ready. When I returned around 4:30, my room still was not ready. I waited a bit more, then was given a handicapped room. Okay, fine. I could tell the receptionist was frustrated by the cleaning staff. They were doing their best, but they need to adjust expectations. 2) The room was not clean. There was a large dead cockroach part in the hallway and toenail clippings next to the bed. Very gross. 3) The walls are thin. The room had a door adjacent to another room that on the first night, was playing television very loudly. I didn't care. The next night, I was watching some Instagram videos (not even on my loudest setting) and got a LOUD KNOCK on my door around 12:30 AM, saying it was security. They told me to turn down the volume. Why didn't they just call my room to tell me to quiet down? Why did security come? Was it even security? As a single female traveler, I felt unsafe the rest of the night. Would not stay here again.

What a great little art deco hotel! We were directly across the street from Stubbs, next door to Moonshine and a scooter ride away from the Moody Center. The rooms were HUGE and clean and the staff very friendly.

The property and location was nice, but could definitely use a refresh. Wallpaper was peeling off in several areas in the hallways and only one elevator was working during our stay. Rooms were spacious. Really nice big shower. Housekeeping is supposed to come once a day to refresh the room, we left for the day to explore Austin from about 9am to 5pm so that this could occur. It did not, was a little bummed about that especially since the other room in our party was cleaned on another floor. There are several places within walking distance from the hotel. Mostly bars and live music venues with a few restaurants sprinkled in.
