奧斯汀機場雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Austin Airport)

Had an overnight layover in Austin and the Aloft Austin Airport was chosen because it had shuttle service during the times I needed it (not 24 hour) and a bar with bar food menu open during my arrival time. There were no convenient outside restaurants for walkers. Everyone on staff was very friendly, service was quick, everything was clean. Very industrial in appearance, near the airport and a major highway, comfy bed, coffee/tea in room with a fridge. Microwave in lobby in 24 hour snack area. I would return here for an airport stay.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The gentleman who checked us in did not enter our request for the airport shuttle the next morning at 8:30 am. Fortunately the morning staff was able to quickly make arrangements and get us to the airport in time for our flight. Ismael the shuttle driver was great! Very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

I had a late check in. My mother was an invalid and she was in a wheelchair. They gave my room away and gave me a disabled room. The last thing I want is a reminder a day after her birthday that she is gone or what we went through before she passed from MS.

We were staying for our daughters dance competition in Bastrop. Although we had a few hiccups the staff and mainly the manager Jody made sure and compensated for our inconvenience and our overall experience was amazing!

This hotel was very clean - and we appreciated that it was cleaned each day of our stay. The hotel is a modern-industrial theme so it feels a little cool, but it met our needs for a good price and was comfortable for the time we stayed.

This hotel is a great location especially if you have a car to get around. It was clean and was family friendly. However the dryers did not function very well and you have to keep spending to do one small load.

They charged me 3 times for my room for 1 night. This happened to me before at this same hotel change. Wont stay at one again.

My sink was stopped up in my room and would not drain. I asked the front desk twice to have someone look at the sink. Unfortunately it wasn't ever fixed despite my two requests.
