抵達奧斯汀酒店(Arrive Austin)

It is a very hipster hotel, the staff did not help a lot and everything had to be through text message but there was no cellular data in the area so really you had to fend for yourself. I also asked for the invoice several times and never got one, but the area has a lot of bars and is very walkable and the hotel was clean, I just expected way better service for the price I paid.

We picked this hotel because it’s near an event we’re attending. From other reviews about the noise on 6th st, I asked for a room that isn’t facing 6th st in hopes that it wouldn’t be so loud. Ironically we got room 214, not facing 6th st, but it was directly across the glass doorway from the hotel’s patio bar with a DJ blasting music till 12pm on Thursday! We were assured that the room wasn’t next to the party 😳 Luckily it was only for one night, and never again.

Was a nice clean hotel. Parking is valet. Not much other in choice. But that’s fine. However, THERE IS NO COFFEE!! Seriously! No coffee pot. No coffee in lobby. I will never stay here again for this one reason!!!

We wanted to try a new hotel where we could eat/drink and hang out for New Year’s Eve. The bar was closed, no room service as the website described. The other bar mentioned on their site that had a first come first serve New Year’s party was closed for a private event. Location is not that great for anything else really. Room was comfortable.

This is a really nice hotel in a great location in Austin, but it's a little loud at night (bars across the street are open until 2am), so be sure to ask where your room is at check-in. If you want your room cleaned every day, be sure to ask. The room was spacious, loved the little booth next to the bed and the bed was super comfy. The lobby bar was closed, but there are two other hotel bars, so plenty of options. Overall, I would likely rate this a 7 out of 10. I would stay there again if the price was right.

The hotel is really nice, new, clean and has a very nice decoration. The room is big and has everything you need. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The only negative side in my opinion is the expense vallet service, which is almost 40% of the price of the room rate, which is crazy, and there isn't any more options for overnight parking parking around.

Overall, this was a nice stay. Be aware that parking is a challenge that you will receive a text about that after booking and the day before the trip if it goes like mine did, complete with a solution for a $39 valet tab. The place has a nice vibe going about it. There is construction across the street currently. One miss was that the soap had not been replenished in the shower which was discovered at an inopportune moment. Otherwise, it was an incredible shower. Seriously. There is a gin bar on the second. There was no disruption or noise from that in my 2nd floor room and this was New Years Eve. The sack was outstanding. Staff was pleasant. Did not try out breakfast. It is in an area that is up and coming, hence pockets of construction.

The air conditioning in my room was not functional. I couldn’t not adjust the temperature below 73 degrees, which is much too warm for me to be able to sleep. It was very noisy outside and I could hear loud music coming from neighboring bars. The entire hallway outside my room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hallways are also extremely dark especially at night. Also there is no lobby and it was extremely difficult to find where to valet. The check in desk is located inside a bar/restaurant that appears to be closed down/not a functional restaurant. All very strange. Would not recommend.
