Very quiet and clean. Relaxing stay. Four minutes from The Domain. Excellent dining and shopping experience. Wonderful weekend.

Recently stayed at this lovely hotel! The staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient, I don't think I have ever checked into a hotel that quickly! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only thing I found confusing was where to enter the hotel as it can't be seen from where you pull in the parking lot, it's on the opposite end of the building, but then very easy to pull in the parking deck.

Everything about this hotel started out great. The breakfast is amazing and is served until 11 on the weekends. The bar/restaurant that they also offer in the main lobby has great food and great drinks with all fair prices. The room was awesome and the big window at the end of our king sized bed that looked over Austin was really cool. Being right at the Domain was of course a huge plus because the shopping options were readily nearby ans avaliable. But. On the morning of our checkout date, we accidentally overslept. Therefore I called to the front desk and apologized and explained to them that we had already pre-paid on ********** for a new reservation but that I understood that we would be needing to change rooms bc I had paid for us to have a bigger king suite. Which was all fine and okay at first. They even grabted us an extra 30 minutes to get our things together to switch rooms. But once we had about 5 minutes left and were literally moments from walking out of the door with our belongings, the room phone started ringing and my boyfriend answered it and it was a manager from the front desk letting us know that not only could we not switch to a different room, but we had to immediately leave the property because they found our inability to have ourselves ready to chang rooms on time as "suspicious activity". That was absolutely insulting. I started crying from how embarrassing it was to have to take that walk of shame to the parking garage. We did nothing wrong at all...

Had to pay parking and pay deposit not mentioned on the booking site and the ice machine on our floor was broken and no housekeeping for two nights we stayed! had to requested clean towels and toilet paper and go to the front entrance to retrieve those, the price could’ve found something better

Was unaware that there was a pet fee included with my stay. It seems like should be communicated when check in occurs. It wasn’t. Just when I received the bill.
