奧斯汀市區源宿酒店(Element Austin Downtown)

立地は抜群に良く、部屋もモダン。窓も広く明るく、レセプションの対応も素晴らしかったです。オースティンで音楽に浸りながら待ちの真ん中でゆっくり過ごすのに最適です。 ホテルのビルの1階のレストランもおしゃれで美味しかったです。

Room and breakfast were excellent. We were three adults (and paid for third adult) but there were no bed linens for pullout couch until we called for them - and when the room was made up, the pullout couch was left askew. With 2 hotels in one building, lobby services are a little weird. Despite attractive, clean suite and good breakfast, I’d choose a different hotel in the future.

This hotel was an excellent choice for us and our friends. The vibe is trendy, it's location is perfect for 6th Ave & S. Congress, the staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms were a nice size and CLEAN, and the beds were very comfortable - especially the pillows! We can't say enough about the made to order egg breakfast and staff that worked the breakfast. We have comfortable common areas to hang out with our party of 8. Dining was available at the hotel and other options close by. We didn't need a car or rideshare bc everything to see in Austin was within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay!

This hotel is at the center of downtown with a modern decor and great amenities and features. Our room included a kitchenette that was very convenient and included a microwave and mini fridge, plates, utensils, mugs and dish cleaning products. We had no idea that our would be cleaned each day, but it was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even have bikes available to use to hotel customers at no charge. Both Aubrey and Larissa at the front desk were always accommodating when we needed some help. Also when we contacted the front desk for a few items we needed in the room, the staff would bring us the items within 10mins. Just an overall awesome experience and one of the best we’ve had. The one concern we had was then possibility that music from nearby venues would be too loud, but any music we hear was faint and never interrupted our sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff here are amazing! So helpful and friendly and the chef's in the morning were great. I loved the eco conscious decor and facilities. My room was comfortable and probably the best sleep I've had away from home. Evening tea was also very welcome - great touch! Can't fault this place, the management also kept me informed about the elevator refurbishment. Would stay here again.

Excellent location for walking around downtown...to 6th St music venues, State Capital, Bullock History Museum, Blanton Art Museum, Congress Street Bridge and much more. Enjoyed high quality breakfasts and the late afternoon happy hours. Only slight nuisance: parking in area is quite expensive

This was great value for the price the room was clean and modern and had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central to downtown.

The property and the staff were fantastic. The room was great and most everything is within walking distance.
