I tried contacting ********** to get a refund on my stay, but this hotel refused. The room is nasty. The floor is stained. It smells like smoke and mold. There’s hair in the shower that I haven’t used. There was a drink spilled all over the elevator that we told the front desk clerk about last night and he said day shift would deal with it. Housekeeping had to ask permission from management to get us a towel for our SECOND night. It’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and if this is how Holiday Inn conducts business and treats it’s guests, I will never stay with them again and I will make sure no one I know ever does again either. This place is disgusting and I feel I should be refunded for a horrible, horrible stay that I have to suffer through one more night because I can’t afford to cancel and not be refunded.

Nothing spectacular. Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Nice and clean rooms and common areas. Decent breakfast (sausage gravy was the best part). Overall a good stay for a one night business trip.

Everything was great from check in and breakfast. Rooms where clean. One thing is the beds where super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs on them. The pull out couch was more comfortable than beds. You guys should really invest in pillow tops or exchange all beds. Worst sleep.

Excellent location for the access to the lake area and dining. Wonderful room size. Bigger than I expected. A decent free breakfast. The buffet needs some potatoes or grits, remember Texans like that.

We stayed in the room suit with a view. Everything was above standard for the price. Very clean and comfortable stay. We like that all the hotels soap and shampoo are high quality Dove! Nice touch. The king size bed was very comfortable not too firm but not too soft. The air condition blew very cold which is a huge plus. A black makeup towel kept me from staining the hotels pristine white towels. I could go on and on. I hope this hotel maintains its high standards of quality as it’s my top choice for the area. Thank you!

With our son in school across the street this is becoming our new home away from home. Always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Our stay was good except for the fact that as soon as we walked into our room I had to kill 2 roaches that I found in the restroom other than that the hotel was nice and in a really good location
