En general todo bien solo algunos detalles como: El piso del baño muy mal instalado por lo tanto peligroso de un golpe o una cortada con el azulejo Estuve 4 noches y ningún día nos hicieron limpieza de la habitación (eso estuvo muy incómodo) Lo demás muy bien

The plumbing for bath tub and commode was really bad. Elevator was inoperable when I left property and it was not fun finding staircase and going down stairs with heels. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I left behind 2 items of clothing with a sentimental coin that cannot be replaced. I realized a few hours after checkout and went there. Checked back in again the day after and somehow my clothes and coin have gone missing and house cleaning has no idea where it went. It's extremely shady. My experience was fine other than this. Really upsetting that they can't be honest with me about it. Whether they threw it out or someone took it.

I had a terrible experience due to the reservation being cancelled without refund inspite of me calling them to make sure I will come late. Poor communication. No notification of cancellation nor action needed from me.

Our bathroom door did not close. We were told they would either send up maintenance or change our room, they did neither. The 3 nights we stayed we did not receive any room cleaning and had to ask for towels. The maid came that night at 5:30 (because we asked for towels) we refused cleaning that night because we were in the room getting ready for dinner. Never saw her again the rest of the stay. Was this room and service worth $300 a night. NO!

The parking lot was full to the max and trucks were parked on the grass cars pulled up to the front. Absolutely not a single spot to park my car and so I parked in the adjacent lot (very inconvenient at 2 am walking with our things then we were ticketed for Parking there! Hotel employees said yeah park anywhere find a spot. Also my room was completely out of soap, body wash and shampoo when asked for refills front desk handed me tiny bottles soap and a bar of soap. Which is not sufficient. Breakfast was terrible the food was under and over cooked and not hot it was all served at the wrong temperatures. Pastries were stale milk and yogurt were warm. Bed was very uncomfortable mattress was lumpy and soft and pillows were deflated. Overall experience was awful

We are Marriott Bonvoy … we booked a room with a confirmation. Flew into town and we’re told once arrived they oversold… basically sorry good luck you’re outta luck … ask yourself why they oversold… then the front staff couldn’t explain other than saying spring break is here. Ok…. When two Gold members show up and they clearly had 4-5 rooms avail waiting for others to check in they denied us any room yet we showed up first. Completely disrespectful staff and manager decisions here , mgr on the phone basically said if you don’t have more than a night stay we will defer to next person with two nights booked. Absolutely clueless, classless … we book corporate every week with them… this was beyond irrational…

We have stayed at this hotel since they opened. It has always been a very convenient, nice, safe place to stay. It's been about 2 years since we stayed there. While a very clean, inexpensive place, since our last stay the included breakfast is now awful, the parking is too small, we had people blocking parts of the parking lot making it difficult to get out and with only one person working the front desk, it makes for lines and wait times just to get checked in. Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be a hidden gem.
