奧斯汀市中心凱悦嘉寓酒店(Hyatt House Austin/Downtown)

The room was nice with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The parking was only valet. There was the garage across the street where you could park your car. Ask for a quiet room in advance, because a several venues at this area.

Estuve 5 días en el hotel pero el servicio fue horrible, un empleado del área del aseo me dijo que no podía fumar en una área donde siempre he fumado y toda la gente fuma, me empezó a tomar fotos y decirme que me fuera , me tocó llamar al administrador porque sentí que fui discriminado , me sentí ofendió , pensaba hospedarme 3 días más pero preferí cambiar de hotel no quería volverme a encontrar con esa persona , fue humillante.

Staff wasn't very helpful or available. Customer service was either curt or not knowledgable regarding pretty simple questions. There is no restaurant, even though it states there is. The room appeared clean until you actually settled in. There was food under the couch, someones contacts stuck on the floor in the bathroom and one of the table lamps with outlets didnt work at all. Extremely loud music and crowd every night outside the hotel. Its a place to say that looks good abd thats about it.

The area around the hotel is very popular and so the traffic was horrible. When we walked in nobody greeted us. They were slammed and understaffed. The valet was so unorganized and the employee was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were so worried about our car we sat and waited for them to take the car to the garage because they make you park on the street and we were worried about our car. The hotel room was nice. Bed was comfy. We called for blankets and nobody answered so we went down and he said he’d bring up in 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and no blankets so we went back down and he said “oh I forgot “. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Did not clean our room once. We stayed for 4 nights. Had to request towels every single day and it took at least 30 min to get the towels. Seemed very understaffed. Also, there was a lot of construction inside the hotel. They ripped up carpet in the dining area and also the office area. Stuff was off the walls by the elevator. Just seemed like chaos. Would not stay here again

The stay was amazing. I loved the room. It was an apartment. Full kitchen, separate living room and bedroom. Shower was spacious. It even had a dishwasher.

Janky faucet partially detached from sink. Not super clean. Ridiculous $45 parking fee per night. Bad eggs, decent sausage links.

Comfy room, decent pricing. There’s someone playing loud music every night, so be ready for that.

The hotel itself is clean, very friendly staff. However, there is an outdoor music venue on the same block and when there's a show, you legit feel like the show is in your room.
