卡塔莉娜庭院套房酒店(Catalina Courtyard Suites)

The location of this property is convenient. Near shops and the beach, walk to just about anywhere in 10-15 minutes or catch/rent a golf cart. The stairs to the upper rooms are a little scary especially if you had a little to drink, lol, steep. We had a nice mini vacation.

Just a short walk away from the ferry dock. The room was nice and clean. When I called ahead of time to modify my booking (I needed an extra night), they were helpful and accommodating. Staff was also helpful and accommodating by allowing us to leave our luggage in the office before our check-in time and after our check-out time before we made our way back to the ferry port. One issue we had was that our room was near the office and we could hear the loud conversations from the staff which made it difficult to nap during the day, but it was very quiet during the evening. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

The manager is a very friendly and helpful gentlemen! He helped bring my bag to my room and told me everything i should know about the hotel. It was clean and very nice. The court yard is magical and lit up at night. I loved sitting in the court yard with all the exotic plants. I was very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend!

We loved staying here. The staff was EXTREMELY polite, kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Nice garden area to sit and read. We will return!!

Our stay was ok good. Staff are kind .Close to the center area . Just need a little more better job on cleaning room floors and there is stains on furniture need to be clean . Otherwise it’s good .

Great little spot, room was big enough food two of us, comfy bed, large bathroom. Courtyard was quaint, fire going every night, ate our pizza out the one night. Close to everything, staff friendly. No complaints!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. The area outside could use an update and outside nights were left on until early morning so it was difficult to sleep.

Is not really bad,but we have an issue with the toilet, the bathroom was very clean,no complaints, only the toilet issues,the clean is ok ,for the price not bad but they can improve, also one day before they call me to comfirm my room ,i said couse,they said as soon are you arrived comes directly to the hotel,even if you arrive before 3 pm,i said ok ,but when i went no room available and came back half hour or we call you when is ready...so not always said the true. Next time i will looking for other options
