伍德布里奇舒適酒店套房(Comfort Suites at Woodbridge)

Actually we looking for a cheaper room nearby the area, and accidentally picked the disabled room. To be honest, its not bad, the toilet with red light that can keep very warm after shower. The sink is out next to the bed is convenient for 2 people, if one using toliet, the other brush teeth or face cleaning. The area supposed for wheel chair turned to my yoga space. The bed probably with water proof sheet underneath make us feel very soft and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but ok. That's a good choice and we may stay again on the next trip.

Hotel medio con una ubicación promedio y relativamente cerca del aeropuerto EWR y algunos malls, es un poco anticuado (deberían actualizar un poco las habitaciones y espacios), habitación y baño limpios, desayuno no es de muy buena calidad y poco variado, el parqueo es un poco difícil algunos días, hay menos parqueos que habitaciones.

A little dated and my room carpet although looked clean, was disgusting. My feet were black after walking on it for a bit. I guess that kinda expected at a hotel anyways. Otherwise, everything else was good. Place was clean overall, service, breakfast and parking etc were good. For the price as well. Yes, I would consider staying again.

The front desk staff were amazing and very pleasant. However, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I saw 3 roaches in the bathroom on separate days. The room was not cleaned daily. I had to request that, the garvage was not emptied and the floor smelled like someone had recently smoked on it. When I requested daily housekeeping, I was told that there are just too many rooms to clean. There was also a leak under the bathroom sink, which can be a breeding ground for pests. In addition, people on the floor were causing a lot of noise after 9 PM, constantly closing and opening the doors which was disturbing. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating but the hotel was not in good condition.

The hotel bed sheets were smelling bad. After checking the pillows I found bed bugs crawling on both beds. I asked to change rooms which was done. The next day my toilet clogged and I called the front desk to report. The agent working the graveyard shift asked me to come and get the plunger to do it myself. I checked out right after.

I gave it a top rating.. but I wasn’t happy to get the conventional coffee pot especial when I called to verify. The pot in the room was the idea of a keurig.. and it was dirty.. I came prepared with my own coffee to use and it would not work in that pot.. the housekeeping made an attempt to change it quickly but sadly I got another one with a used filter. My choice I didn’t alert the hotel but please suggest the housekeeping pay better attention to the coffee pots having used filters in them.. I still felt a top rating was very deserving… because this was a real small thing.. Breakfast was great!!! If I’m in the area.. I’ll choose again!!!

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. The free breakfast had a huge variety of food to suit any palate. The coffee was excellent! Very good value for a low price.

Front door hard to open. Closet door hard to open. Pillows were trash. Surrounding area was also trash. Free breakfast was good even though the room was a little overpriced.

Non working things in the room jacuzzi tub the heat lamp in bathroom. Asked to be refunded as told yes the was told no.
