克洛斯薩盧塞斯旅館(Le Clos Saluces)

Un jardin paisible à l'abri des bruits de la ville au milieu d'Avignon. Un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. Une chambre splendide avec des vieux objets chinés un peu partout. Des petits-déjeuners mémorables avec de longues discussions (parfois en anglais, avec les autres hôtes) et l'excellent gâteau et les confitures faits maison (par l'un des propriétaires). Nous nous sommes sentis tellement bien ici! Merci.

Recently returned from Le Clos Saluces and am already dreaming of reasons to go back. Benoit and Jacques are the perfect hosts. Rooms are beautiful. Garden was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Every suggestion for a restaurant or tour was exceptional. I can't recommend this place enough. Centrally located and easy to walk to all of the sites. Take the suggestion of parking first and walking to the hotel instead of trying to drive down the narrow streets. The walk is a little tough on the cobblestones but worth the time to avoid the driving nearby.

After COVID thwarted our plans to visit France and Le Clos Saluces in May of 2020, we were finally able to visit earlier this month. It was definitely worth the 3-year wait! Benoit and Jacques are the epitome of gracious hosts and the travelers of the world are so fortunate that their B&B is available for us to experience. No detail was missed and the place is a masterpiece. They renovated the home from basic ruins to the showplace it is now (ask to see the pictures!). Supreme comfort in bedding, linens, decor (from their own collection), ambience and morning breakfast. Benoit prepares a homemade cake each morning, along with other traditional breakfast goodies (yogurt, granolas, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc.). They will gladly offer to suggest and make dinner reservations for you (La Fourchette is a must!) and arranged a taxi to take the four of us to the train station upon our departure. No ask is too much for these lovely gentlemen. Benoit and Jacques....it was an honor to stay in your magnificent home. Saying "thank you" doesn't seem to be enough.

The owners (Jacques and Benoit) were attentive, friendly and helpful! The homemade freshly baked breakfast was delightful. The whole place was clean and well looked after. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in Avignon.

Our room is incredible! It is very large, tastefully decorated, lovingly maintained and immaculate! The owners have thought of every last detail to make our stay more enjoyable. There is extensive and interesting artwork on the walls, our bed is comfortable and our room is quiet. We travel often and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Such a special and memorable experience. The hosts have been very responsive to my requests for assistance. The service they provide is excellent. I feel very welcome here. I love travel research and looking at hotel and restaurant offerings. So, I know what Avignon has to offer for lodging. You just won’t find a better quality place to stay in Avignon. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for 4 nights and were royally spoiled by the hosts Benoit and Jacques. The beds were super comfy and the rooks were large.The entire place is very tastefully decorated…and very clean and organized. The hosts were extremely helpful with suggestions for trips and places to eat. The breakfast was awesome. The entire place is a oasis of tranquility in the middle of Avignon.

So nett und sympathisch die beiden Herren! Habe bei der Abreise mein Portemonnaie in einem Schublädli im Zimmer liegen gelassen, ich löl. Kein Problem in Häusern wie diesem: Die netten Herren haben es mir einfach nachgeschickt in die Schweiz. Vielen tausend Dank nochmal!

It is a magical place. Not only is are the rooms lovely, the garden is serene and beautiful. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay an amazing, unforgettable experience.

Very nice property with superb hosts. We were there during extreme heat, and air conditioning was wonderful. We highly recommend.
