If I could give this place a negative review they would have a -10 the housekeeping is nasty if I put my towels outside the door and it’s not the day to clean the room they didn’t change the towels they don’t have washers or dryers they have roaches not one but plenty the comforters are thin as hell. The water does not get hot.Stains on sheets.

The location of the hotel is good: near Jean Laffitte National Park, 45 minutes away from Oak alley plantation and 20 minutes away from New Orleans french quarter. The room was big enough for 3 people but the carpet was dirty (there were a sock and a ball under the bed) and it smelled bad in the hotel room. Besides there were only two chairs to take our breakfast and our dinner (and one of it was damaged). There were not enough dishes, glasses and cutlery to take our meals which is not normal as there are no options for breakfast or dinner inside the hotel. This hotel is expensive regarding the poor options you get. So if you can avoid I advice you to choose a better hotel

very cool experience, Leah was amazing & took care of us from when we came in, made sure we had everything we needed, offered extra help when our TV wouldn’t work properly, ask for her if you staying

This hotel is very dirty and they do not to house keeping UNLESS you request it. Which my work crew said they never requested so imagine men getting off work , not always showering after work and laying in the bed - no cleaning rooms over a month NASTY! The dishes were dirty that should of been clean. Microwave doesn’t work , ice maker doesn’t work . One of the ghettoiest IHG I’ve EVER STAYED IN EVER! As a IHG member this is embarrassing. HOUSE KEEPING SHOULD BE A MUST WEEKLY as mainly workers stay here ( men ) and they aren’t always the cleanest . Trash bags are always outside rooms waiting to be picked up as the guys don’t threw their own trash , just nasty! Will not stay here again

I stay at IHG properties mainly for business. I am spire elite (I travel a fair bit) and this is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The room was obviously smoked in for many, many days as it stinks extremely bad. (I had to go to front desk and ensure that they knew I was not the smoker in the room and try to charge me a cleaning fee). The bathroom floor had dirt everywhere and also the kitchenette area. Floors were sticky (I cleaned them with Clorox wipes and they were black for several wipe downs until I got them clean) Hallways in the hotel also are extremely dirty with trash bags all over (from hotel guests putting the trash out and not disposing of it in a garbage can) Cleanliness aside, the Wi-Fi has not been adequate since I arrived. Most times I cannot even connect but when I am able to connect, I get 0.12 Mbits/sec down and 0.1 Mbits/sec up speed. My email won't even download a small email due to the connectivity going from 1 bar to 3 bars of signal strength constantly. When I ask the front desk to get it sorted out, they say they are working on it. Been here 3 days so far with 25 days more to go. Nothing has changed. There are not a lot of rooms available here due to the sporting event (Final 4 in New Orleans) so I don't have a lot of choices. I can say this, I have never stayed at a more filthy hotel (IHG property) in my last 20 years of extensive travel.
