I was ok not the best but I worked out good

Los cuartos son muy amplios, pero el de nosotros olia mucho a encerrado, inflaron los precios como locos por ser el fin de semana del SuperBowl y no hicieron el servicio de limpieza de nuestra habitación a pesar de que lo solicitamos.

Shower didn’t have a switch or something to go from bath to shower, room had a funky odor smell, bed comfortable. Tv worked for 25 seconds than was nothing but static the rest of the night. A/C’s buttons worked 1/10 presses

Good place to stay. Mini kitchenettes, just bring your own pots and pans. Clean. Beds a little too firm but it’s a place to rest. Would stay again

The room itself was clean and nice. I picked this Hotel for the kitchenette. Their website says Each guest room features a My Kitchen, complete with a cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. “ What it does not say is that there are no pots, pans, plates utensil, not even a bowl. It’s a worthless amenity if you have to bring a have to bring a whole kitchen with you to use it. The area is not great and the pool is a little sad. I would not stay here.

Some employee came into our room while we were out. They did not freshen the room, resupply towels, toiletries or coffee. Why did they even enter our room? Talk about weird…… The office guy wanted us to bring down our dirty washcloths, after going down, asking and receiving a clean supply for the 4 people staying in our room. In all my years, I’ve never had a place ask that……not even Motel 6 in the days they cost $6 per night. Would never stay here again nor suggest it to anyone else……friend or foe. Was here for SOAZ. The team stayed at the Hilton. Should have taken their lead…lol My adult daughter wanted to go to the pool in the evening. I told them that I didn’t know the area. Thank Goodness. There was a big party at the pool and “some guys kept looking at us and made us uncomfortable.” The receptionist mentioned the “party” the next morning.
