In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking, single garage. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Anzère, Pralan" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Anzère Spa & Wellness" 500 m. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km. 4-room chalet 130 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, digital TV and DVD. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 11 m2, large terrace. Terrace furniture. Very nice chalet with every comfort, spacious kitchen and living room. Beautiful modern decor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the kitchen left something to be desired, individual kitchen utensils were not clean. Also, the garage door could only be open
