阿巴庫斯套房酒店(Abacus Suites)

Le Suites sono dotate di ogni confort. L'arredamento è minimalista ed elegante. Wifi ottimo. Camere dotate di minifrigo e angolo x tisane,tè, caffè. Televisore a schermo grande ma non ci sono canali RAI o Mediaset o altro(a parte Radio Italia tv).Noi avevamo la mezza pensione e abbiamo sempre mangiato più che dignitosamente (carne,pesce,verdure,zuppe,etc). Da migliorare la parte dolce della colazione che comunque aveva sempre dei mini croissant e un dolce tipico greco con la crema oltre a marmellata,nutella e pancake). Ottima lista bevande a prezzi ottimi.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, es ist sauber und die Personale sind alle unglaublich freundlich! Man sollte sich aber bewusst machen, wo es liegt! Es ist direkt an der Hauptstraße und dadurch ist es nachts deutlich lauter, als es wünschenswert wäre. Dazu kommen unerzogene Mitbewohner in den Nachbarzimmern, die Anstand nicht einmal buchstabieren können. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts!! Man sollte aber bei der Buchung darauf achten, dass man dies evtl in Kauf nimmt. Durch Nutzungsrecht des Pools im Nachbarhotel sind eigentlich keine Wünsche offen, das Frühstück ist ausreichend vielfältig, sehr frisch und lecker! Vor allem die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr zu loben! Wir hatten eine Laute- aber gute Zeit- würden aber nicht noch einmal in dieser Umgebung buchen.

Персонал на высоте! Заселили сразу по приезду. Все слажено, быстро, четко. Толпа туристов за минут 10 была вся расселена. Отель небольшой, все новое, чистое. У нас был номер с видом на задний двор, сперва расстроились, но потом поняли, что так тише . Шумоизоляция хорошая, а вот с душем проблемы, если включить тропический душ то вся вода окажется в коридоре! Завтракать и ужинать ходили в Anmaria, через дорогу. Был локдаун и бар при отеле не работал. Про инфраструктуру писать не буду, подробно описывала в отзыве об Evabelle Napa Hotel, что по соседству! Далековато от Нисси, пешком минут 20, но в остальном нас все устраивает! Отель рекомендую. Огромная благодарность персоналу за комфортное пребывание и гостеприимство!

Perfect hotel, stylish and very helpful staff, the night portier Yiannis was amazing, when coming back from dinner etc. we always stay at the front desk for a chat and he brought fresh fruit and even a bottle of wine as a gift. We recommend this hotel for couples without kids.

Comfortable , clean and large rooms. Great location, use of pool across the road great . Brilliant buffet breakfast , excellent buffet dinners being served too for a very reasonable price. Management looked after us and our friends perfectly. Couldn’t be happier !

We have just recently stayed at the abacus suites for 3 nights with my family. On first arrival the place looked modern and stylish. Entering our rooms again looked modern and clean at first glance and spacious. Basic things that were not as described or ordered, no fresh fruit on arrival as promised. Kids beds were joined together rather than separated, barely any toiletries, no milk for tea/coffee and a dirty teaspoon left behind by previous guests which housekeeping clearly missed. Only two sets of slippers and robes when there’s 4 of us. Robes are torn and damaged. Took spoon to reception highlighted the missing items, receptionist wasn’t apologetic at all about either the spoon or the missed fruit basket in fact she argues it wasn’t included until I showed her in writing on the website that it was. She said she’d get them sorted for us. I also asked for an iron and board to use which was listed as available. We were given 2 extra robes then she came back with the iron and no board so she came back again with the board after I asked. No milk. No fruit basket. No clean teaspoons. Next day we were out for the day so we had breakfast at the hotel, the choice was limited but still plenty enough for a small place, you have hot choices like beans sausages bacon potato croquettes and 3 different varieties of eggs. Different breads and rolls. Yoghurts cereals fruits pastries. On our return different lady on reception (Sunday 27/08) much more helpful and polite that the first one she brought up spoons milk and water for the kettle and organised the fruit bowl. We had dinner in the restaurant that evening on the Sunday which was basically a last minute change to chefs night from bbq, we were expecting bbq night, but it turns out it was clear out day so the choices were pizza, nuggets, spring rolls, roast Turkey, fish stew, chips, pork in sauce, creamy chicken, rice and a variety of salads. The waiter charged us for 3 adults, when we are 2 adults 2 kids, my son didn’t eat much so he said he would let charge him like he was doing us a favour but he charged my daughter adult price, they are twins. On our booking it said 2 adults 2 kids so why he thought it ok to charge her adult price is beyond me. Although the end price works out the same he made out he was doing us a favour by not charging for my son. The lighting in the room is very dark. No mirror on the dressing table. Balcony chairs not as pictured, in fact they were hard and uncomfortable. Huge wall blocking half the view on the balcony, even though the view is main road full of traffic. No sea view. Broken pump on bathroom dispenser. Bins not emptied when room is cleaned, so not really cleaned, they come in and make the bed and change the towels and just dump clean towels in basket instead of rolling them up nice like on first arrival. The lady in the breakfast room with dark long hair is not very alert, our table only had 2 settings and the kids arrived she walked past them several times and

I will give the overall experience a 4/5 Starting with the rooms- they are beautiful! They are very spacious with a very modern design to them and the bathroom was as spacious and modern just like the room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. Additionally, the balcony was also very nice and spacious. HOWEVER, the soundproofing and lighting isolation of the room were quite bad since the suites are located in a very busy street of Ayia Napa so if you are a light sleeper you will definitely have a hard time sleeping! We could even hear the noises in the halls of the suites and the curtains do not keep the street lights or the morning lights out of your room. Breakfast- the breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety ranging from English breakfast to yogurts, fresh fruit, pastries, spreads, nuts, pancakes and more. Service- the service was also great, we were greeted by a nice lady at the reception and the check-in/ check-out hours are great since most of the hotels let you check in at 15:00 but Abacus Suites will let you check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Other amenities- no pool but that wasn’t a problem to us!

Amazing boutique hotel, excellent location, near the city center. Great food, big clean rooms with a big balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All recommendations for this hotel. We stayed there last year and we came back again this year.
