鄉村艾爾汽車旅館(Country Ayr Motel)

Our recent experience here was definitely sub par, we are unlikely to ever return, it is quite expensive for comparibly sp**** accommodation, there were noisy restaurant guests, loudly swearing motel guests and the smoking area is in a dangerous area next to gas tanks, we got out of here as quickly as possible.

Clean, quiet and convenient. All the things we needed for a one-night stay during the drive from Cairns to Brisbane. The bed was firm, the sheets crisp cotton, the pillows plump. The bathroom was circa-1974, but why update quality?!? Ample hot water, good water pressure, generous amenities. The car, which was loaded with valuables for the move, was parked right outside the room so good for security.

Country Ayr Motel was a great overnight stay! Facilities were clean, tidy and comfortable. Use of the laundry was convenient and the on-site restaurant was great for dinner. Breakfast option is very reasonable and the service and hospitality provided by managers was excellent!

Nice, clean, comfy bed and the Managers are super friendly. The pool wasn't open but looks as though they are fixing it up.

Very friendly check in. However we weren’t given the “free wifi” password when we checked in. Website is totally out of date. Reception was supposed to be open until 9.00pm, but when we went at 8.30 to get the wifi password, everything was in darkness and locked up. Restaurant was closed even though that was the main focus of the current website and still offered the ability to book a table. Don’t get me wrong, the motel was fine. Clean and comfortable, but the website is totally misleading.

Didn’t like the fact we had smokers sitting outside our door constantly smoking. Should only be allowed out on the street.

Convenient and comfortable overnight stay

Stayed here previously, dissopointed this time, no evening meal even though guest directory said room service meals available, room included tea and coffee making facilities available there was no cup to make coffee or tea in, there was a microwave but no utensils for eating the food heated, dissopointing

Great rooms - terrific walk in shower - aircon was great - didn’t hear any road noise - absolutely delightful girl checked us in - easy parking right outside the room - walking distance to Ayr Chinese restaurant and Burdekin theatre
