馬傑斯酒店(Majestic Hotel)

Struttura di bellissimo stile inizio ‘900 anche se in qualche parte un po’ datato. Buffet colazione e ristorante/piano bar eccezionali. Atmosfera internazionale di un tempo.

Hôtel traditionnel où l'on ressent bien l'histoire de celui ci, malgré son côté vieillissant.la chambre est spacieuse avec une vue sur le jardin public,bon petit déjeuner.repas au piano bar de l'hôtel, ambiance feutrée et très copieux mezza(assortiments de spécialités)

In its glory and hey day this hotel was probably an awesome place to stay however nowadays it’s a two star hotel at best. The issue is two fold. The service sucks and the GM Karem Bey promotes the low class service. The employees including the GM have serious ego issues and you have to kiss their behind just to get service. Marwa in the front desk is a horrid individual. Pay and get out is her attitude; very fake and does not care the slightest about the guest. The water temperature in the showers in not consistent. Hotel is full of bugs including mosquitos at night. Food and beverage prices are double that of outside and the quality is mediocre. If you speak out or show your weight as a guest they immediately threaten you with calling the police. Not a safe hotel and not a safe country. The country itself is very dirty. Trash and rubbish all over the street. The TV is crappy and the channels are all local Tunisian.

Hotel au calme dans le centre de Tunis. L'hotel a ete entierement renove. Le bar de l'hotel avec une grande terrasse est tres apprecie des touristes et des tunisiens.

Im Hotel Majestic ging früher ein und aus, wer Rang und Namen hatte. Eine Bildergalerie zeugt von den wichtigen Gästen. Heute wirkt es ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen und die Rezeption ist etwas lieblos, aber ich mag die Bar und die Terrasse von der aus man das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten kann. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann gut zu Fuß in die Medina spazieren. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und es gibt auch große Suiten.

This centrally located hotel dates from 1914 and is Art Nouveau style. The rooms and bathrooms are smartly remodeled and pleasant. All have natural light and the windows are mostly soundproofed. It's quiet after sundown, regardless. Breakfast is Euro style and includes pastries, yogurt, hardboiled egg, cereal. The Medina and Avenue Habib Bourguiba are both approximately a 15 minute walk. A pleasant and distinctive place to stay in central Tunis.
