After I managed to book this pension via a traveling platform via traveling platform for the same day and let them know that I will arrive at 22.00 I got a message from the owner that they can not accommodate customers after 20.00 as he was traveling somewhere. I understood the situation and asked for a refund of that night since I was not able to use the service I paid for. To my surprise he refused this being also rude during the conversation we had on the phone ending it by shutting down the phone. This is not the behaviour you would expect from an owner. Dissapointing.
