Geen airco op de kamer dan maar de venster open zetten maar die geeft uit op de Biergarten waar tot laat de Duitsers moeten laten horen hoe amusant ze wel zijn. Veel lawaai van het verkeer. Totaal afgeleefd hotel. Vriendelijke mensen aan het onthaal dat wel. De kok slaagt erin om hertensteak in een schoenzool te veranderen.

I'm giving them 5 stars for the excellent customer service. We checked in late, but had to get something to eat, and the front desk mentioned closing the doors at 10 PM. When we returned, the doors were still unlocked and she was waiting for us. When we checked out, they called us because we left something behind and when we returned to pick it up, it was at the front desk. I have never had that experience. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast (slices of meat, cheeses, cereal, fresh bread, juice you could juice yourself, coffee). Regarding our stay, unfortunately, the bed slats under the mattress came apart, so we had to manually put it back together. So I tried not to move in the idea it would come apart again, but the beds were comfortable. Yes, there is no AC (so I wouldn't stay here in the summer) or iron/ironing board (perhaps if you made a request they might which I did not).
