巴登巴登Haueneberstein附近酒店

Convenient and comfortable. Staff were very helpful especially Marco. Recommend places to eat and was friendly. Room was clean and car park right under the hotel. Breakfast was busy and only one toaster for all the guests isn’t nearly enough.

美麗的入住!!!莫里基的餐廳很不錯。.. 清的 spa區...的和細的工作人員!沒有其他任何事要提出,除了有一次我們沒有信息的活動,因爲我們已經預訂過自發!所以到晚晚會了!每次都回來了。..

Sehr chaotisch, Personal weiß untereinander nicht die korrekten Abläufe…trotz dreitägiger Buchung wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Immer wieder Entschuldigungen und danach wurde ich wieder aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Beim Frühstück 4mal von unterschiedlichem Personal nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Sauberkeit Badraum befriedigend. Garagenreservierung eine Katastrophe…Einlasskarte funktioniert …soll 25,00 € bezahlen für reservierten Parkplatz, der letztendlich dann besetzt ist und trotz Einlasskarte soll man klingeln, damit die Schranke geöffnet wird. Rundum der Aufenthalt war mangelhaft…zuguterletzt musste ich abends an der Bar von mehreren Gästen Beschwerden anhören, das letztlich meine Erfahrung nachhaltig bestätigte!

酒店地理位置很好，在巴登巴登應該算是最好的酒店了吧。位置在飲泉大廳和**的對面。不出意外，一開始也沒給到我預訂的房型，經過交涉給換成了大的房型。所以説如果英文不好，在歐洲定房間就定基礎房，千萬別加錢定別的房型，因為他們肯定會給你差的房型，這個是我經驗之談。酒店離中心區域很近，步行在幾分鐘之內，酒店附近有個獅王酒店的餐廳非常受歡迎，基本客滿，老闆娘親自服務。點了豬肘和烤排骨味道很棒。酒店的早餐很好，服務也周到。巴登巴登是個輕鬆浪漫的度假城市。

Back from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

像住在童話故事裏的房子裏，全有東西都很復古，有年代和歷史的酒店，電梯小，兩大一小進去就很擠了。早餐可選的不多，但是這裏的牛角包是我吃過最最最好吃的，外酥裏嫩，不油不膩，超級無敵好吃，回國半個月了，還是心心念念這裏的牛角包。停車費很貴，十幾二十歐～可以在附近找便宜的停車場

酒店非常漂亮，裝璜古典優雅。位置寧靜，絕對可以享受舒適的一個晚上。不過我們的房間是在對面的樓房3樓，沒有電梯，好彩有服務員給我們搬行李上房。房間佈置復古、細緻，浴室內還有有按摩池；最好就是有空調。步行十分鐘內便可以到達景點、餐廳和商店，很方便。早餐豐富，不論在餐廳內或戶外花園裏享用早餐，也給人留下深刻印象。酒店員工有禮貌和樂於助人，真心推介！

Nothing royal about this dated hotel. The reception area has an awful drainage type smell, there was a whistling sound in our room - not sure if that came from the radiator or the plumbing. We were too tired from our hikes to bother complaining but if you are a light sleeper like us, it is something that can ruin your sleep. Even the bread at the breakfast buffet was dry! The location itself is in a purely residential area and the views from our room was that of two skips below us and the roof of a massive moss covered house at eye level. You can see the hills in the distance, beyond all the other roofs. Ten minute walk to the city center. The staff were really sweet and always smiling, and the hotel has free parking on site - two saving graces of the hotel. We did not do our research but I am sure for the price we paid, there would have been better options available.

我們絕對很高興找到併入住這裏。雖然看起來像是退休人員度假村,但酒店是在這裏度過一些放鬆日子的絕佳場所。房間好寬敞,自帶一個大陽台,面對小池塘和葡萄園!想象醒來這樣的景色或欣賞日落!位置也好。太安靜了,周圍有寬公頃的葡萄園。在這裏可以輕鬆漫步,享受安靜放鬆的時光。到巴登-巴登市中心也只是短短的20分鐘車程。早餐還可以,但我強烈推薦帶他們的晚餐套餐。3-或4-course菜單超級棒!他們每天換菜單,食物很好吃!絕對是我們這裏的亮點!工作人員也非常友好和熱情,讓每個人都舒適放鬆,我們希望再次回來!
