布萊內公園Spa酒店 - 歐特家系列酒店(Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa - an Oetker Collection Hotel)

Fabulous few nights at Brenner’s Park. We were at the hotel over Valentine’s Day and they were renovating the main hotel. There were very few of us there. We were upgraded in one of the villas overlooking the Oos River and the really beautiful Lichtentaler Allee. The room and bathroom were so well thought out. We could have moved in and comfortably lived there for a while. We booked a massage and enjoyed it. We were easily able to walk all over town. We hope to return some day. Just incredible.

Inmejorable, toda una experiencia de buen hacer y saber estar. Ubicación, instalaciones, servicio, decoración, spa, desayuno, restaurante, alrededores,…para no irse nunca. Top top top, totalmente recomendable si se quiere experimentar un hotel de lujo de verdad.

This is a 5 star elegant traditional hotel with a spectacular location in Baden-Baden. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whenever we needed anything - ironing board, plug adaptors -- they sent it immediately. Also the on site restaurants were beautiful and had delicious food.

Brenners exudes old world charm and service. Our room was a delightful corner suite with two terraces and gorgeous views towards both the gardens and surrounding hills and the town. Absolutely charming. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our digs where a beautiful fruit plate and bottle of house wine greeted us. The fridge included complimentary beverages as well. The rooms have been carefully maintained and the upholstery, curtains, canopies and beds still sport traditional, smartly tailored fabrics that could have been chosen 50 years ago. The light switches remain analog, and the fixtures appear to be original. Our bathroom was heavily clad in thick camera marble that spoke of another era. In short, the hotel has not jumped on the bland modernization adopted by so many grand luxury hotels. I found this incredibly refreshing and, being of a certain age, nostalgic of my youthful travels with my parents. The breakfast served at Fritz and Felix was one of the best I've had at any hotel. The restaurants cheese trolley stands ready for you to indulge to your heart's content, while the fresh fruit tarts, and full buffet offer an extraordinary array of tempting goodies. Add to that the hot cooked offerings, and you will probably agree that breakfast at Brenner's is definitely worth waking up for! The health club and spa are beautiful, and offer private spaces indoors and out to enjoy the exquisite flowers, shrubs, topiaries and trees on the property. We enjoyed the large pool, the sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool and the sunning area outside. My companion also raved about his deep tissue massage. Our afternoon tea outside overlooking the grounds was also outstanding, and featured a fine pianist, champagne, sandwiches, scones, and Pierre Hermé's special Black Forest macaron made exclusively there. If you appreciate elegant, old-world service and a well run hotel in luxurious surroundings, I highly recommend Brenners in Baden-Baden.

L’hôtel était en travaux mais nous avons quand même pu déjeuner au restaurant qui est resté ouvert. Un accueil, un service parfait et chaleureux. Le menu était délicieux. Le vin aussi. Bien qu’il y ai des échafaudages dans le parc la vue du restaurant est splendide et apaisante. J’ai tant aime que je me demande à quel point c’est magnifique sans échafaudages ?! Je recommande vivement. Merci

Ich war an 2 Nachmittagen im Brenner’s Park Hotel. Am ersten Nachmittag habe ich einen Tee und einen Kuchen dazu bestellt. Dann habe gesehen, dass es auch ein Afternoon Tea angeboten wird, es wurde mit einem grossen Namen aus Paris geschmückt und ich dachte mir, sowas kann ich morgen gerne ausprobieren. So am nächsten Tag bevor ich am frühen Abend mein Zug nach hause nahm, kam ich wieder zu Brenner’s, um Afternoon Tea zu erleben. Der afternoon Tea wird in der Kaminhalle serviert. Da es draussen die Sonne schien, fragte ich, ob ich mich doch auf den Wintergarten wechseln könnte. Leider dies war nicht möglich, der Afternoon Tea wird nur in der Kaminhalle serviert. Dann bekam ich die Menü Karte. Ich habe mir doch bereits bekannte Liste mit den Tees überflogen und es ist mir aufgefallen, dass es eine relativ grosse Auswahl an hochwertigen (aber hochpreisigen für den Tee wird gerne 14,00-18,00 Euro verlangt.. für die 3 gr Teeblaetter, die serviert werden, kommen wir auf ein fantastischen Kilo preis) an grünen Tees gibt, die Auswahl an roten oder schwarzen Tees ist eher bescheiden. Also habe ich mich für eine Afternoon Tee für 64,00 Euro inkl. ein Glass Champagner entschieden. Die Etagere kam relativ prompt, meine Einschätzung es sind gerade 5 Minuten vergangen als sie da war. Der Inhalt wirkte auf mich so-la-la. Die Sandwiches waren homöopathischer Größe, die Präsentation war ok, aber nichts besonderes, wenn ich gerade vergleich mit meinen 2 High Tea events, die ich in Genf und Singapur erlebt habe. Ich habe zu salzigen Part einen grünen Tee bestellt. Zum Süßen Teil wie Pralinen und Scones wollte ich doch einen Schwarzen Tee haben. Ich fragte die Kellnerin, ob das gehen würde, sie hat es bestätigt. Ich bin dabon ausgegangen, ob der 2ter Tee im Preis inklusive wäre. Mit Großen Staunen habe ich gesehen, dass die 14,00 Euros dazu gebucht waren. Dies habe ich versucht zu reklamieren, die Mitarbeiterin verwies mich aufs Kleingedruckte auf der Menükarte. Sagte aber freundlich, dass sie kann mir gerne noch ein Kaffee oder Cappuccino servieren, dies wäre im Preis drinnen. Da ich eher selten Kaffee trinke und nach dem Tee geht für mich der Kaffee gar nicht, habe ich dann einfach die Rechnung bezahlt. Es wirkte auf mich alles relativ streng, kein Entgegenkommen kommen für den Gast - weder mit umplatzierung, noch mit dem angefragten Tee. Leider Beigeschmack bleibt!

Absolutes top Hotel in wunderschöner Lage mit einem grandiosen Park. Service, Qualität und Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorragend. Schöner, moderner Saunabereich und großer Pool. Einzig die Zimmer könnten mal eine Modernisierung und Renovierung vertragen, obwohl sie top gepflegt und immer äußerst sauber waren. Frühstück wunderbar. Tolles Ambiente beim Frühstück im Garten. War ebenfalls top. Insgesamt würden wir sofort wiederkommen.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location and amazing staff. Time to update the carpets but otherwise, very nice with lots of character. We overlooked the park and had a beautiful view with a large veranda. Drinks and food were pricey but everything was done with class.
