阿姆拉斯公寓酒店-史基浦巴德霍弗多普

物有所值，公寓式酒店不錯，工作人員友好，房間非常乾淨。

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni. La struttura è molto confortevole dovevo avere una quadrupla e invece mi hanno d'atto due doppie comunicanti quindi direi un bel up grade visto la possibilità di avere due bagni. Unica pecca in uno dei due bagni il miscelatore della temperatura doccia era bloccato solo su acqua calda purtroppo bollente. E in una delle due stanze l'aria condizionata era ferma a 20 gradi e ho avuto l'impressione che non funzionasse in quanto dallo splitter non usciva nulla . Vista la temperatura di luglio ed essendo in vacanza non ho voluto richiedere interventi per miscelatore e aria. Volevo evitare tecnici nella stanza in nostra assenza. Il biliardo andrebbe messo in un punto controllato della struttura era vecchio, panno strappato in più punti e 3 stecche di cui una sola con punta. 2 set di biglie che non completavano un set completo. (Peccato). Le persone alla reception mi sono sembrate cortesi e disponibili. Struttura lontana dal centro ma ci ha fatto vivere la tranquillità e bellezza della periferia di Amsterdam.

Fantastisk personale og hyggeligt ophold trods lid Vi kom 1 time før check-in men blev mødt af 2 meget imødekommende personale som checkede os ind med det samme. Værelset så fint ud og pænt rengjort badeværelse. (Væggene så lidt beskidte ude, men det var ikke så slemt). Rigtig fint lille te-køkken med lidt teposer og instant kaffe poser som man kunne få nyt af når man havde brugt det. Den eneste ulempe er at der er lidt langt til offentlig transport såsom bus der lå 15-20 min væk på gåben. Men der er mulighed for leje af cykel. Da vi skulle hjemad hjalp de med at booke taxi og hjalp os morgenen derpå. Kæmpe ros til personalet.

I feel like having the word hotel in the name is misleading. What’s also misleading is the place advertises they are within 10 minute walking distance from the museums and other tourist attractions. This place is not a hotel, it’s more of a short term apartment complex. It’s located in a subdivision. They only clean your room once after the 6th night and then repeated every 7 days. NO toiletries and if you want more towels they charge $6. The funny part is I was going to give them 5 stars for service, because they gave us one of the rooms early, but I had to argue with the guy downstairs because he was saying the room will be cleaned after the 7th day. He gave up when I told him that I would pull up the email the sent me. When we were leaving, my daughter heard him say to another employee to over charge them, and he doesn’t care. He didn’t realize my daughter was standing beside him trying to turn in the room key-card. In the email I got it stated they have a game room which was old stained couches, a worn out billiard table, a juke box which did not work, a broke TV on the floor, and a mounted TV that doesn’t work. I should’ve done my research, but also shame on ******* for advertising this was a hotel and shame on the business for pretending to be a hotel. They don’t even have a front desk!!! I want to add they charged me city tax, but ******* had already collected. The other weird part is I believe they run a shipping company downstairs near the small store or where the

We had a lovely stay at Amrath apartment hotel. We used bolt to get around because public transit is not convenient to get to. Rides into Amsterdam run around 18 euro each way. Laundry is free which was great, dryers were too hot. Room was very comfortable, nice seating, good beds, very clean. There was no dishsoap, laundry soap or shampoo, just bar soap, so bring some. Staff was exceptional, very kind and accommodating. Air conditioning was needed two of the days we were there, it was broken. They gave us a nice fan. Most days were very comfortable without a/c. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. It was so nice to leave the city and have a quiet night to rest toward the next busy day of touring.
