夢崖山中度假村(Dream Cliff Mountain Resort)

Все было очень хорошо! Завораживающие пейзажи. Отличный персонал, который работает максимально старательно, чтобы угодить гостям отеля. Единственное, что меня расстроило это двухспальная кровать, на которой вместо одного матраса, было два отдельных матраса. В таких случаях между этими матрасами на кровати "яма".

Wow!! What an amazing structural concept on top of a misty mountain range. Simply super amazing place to those who are looking for a peaceful place to relax their souls. Highly recommended!! Believe this resort is one of the best unique resort in Sri Lanka. All accommodations were built as some sort of igloo type design concept. Rooms were really luxurious with amazing view on your bed. Bathrooms were in next level design. Honestly staff did their best to make our stay so comfortable. Foods were delicious and breakfast was awesome! The view you cannot capture into a camera but you will falling love with the nature. We had a nice experience and tons of worth to visit!Cheers for the team!!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hotel. La vue La vue est superbe y compris depuis les bungalows Les chambres L’idée des bungalows isolés en forme de ruche est bonne sur le principe. Par contre peu ou pas d’isolation entre la partie chambre et la partie salle de bain/toilette….bonjour l’intimité. La décoration des chambres manque cruellement de goût.. mais c’est effectivement une histoire de goût. Le service Le personnel est très gentil est accueillant mais pas au niveau attendu pour le prix payé. De plus on avait demandé à l’hotel de nous réserver des billets de train pour un voyage 2eme classe reserved seats. Il nous ont facturé une somme indécente pour le service rendu et nous n’avons pas obtenu les billets demandés. Ce qui nous a laissé la désagréable impression de nous être fait flouer. Nourriture du restaurant et du petit déjeuner de faible qualité et sans saveur. La viande est souvent trop cuite. Dans l’ensemble, le prix demandé pour cet hotel est beaucoup trop élevé pour le niveau de service délivré. Nous avons eu l’occasion de séjourner dans des hotels de bien meilleur qualité pour beaucoup moins cher au Sri Lanka. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Rapport qualité / prix décevant.

Diese Hotel ist nicht von dieser Welt und wirklich paradiesisch. Hier stimmt einfach alles und es hätte nicht schöner sein können! Die Häuser sind wunderbar eingerichtet, der Blick unbezahlbar und alle Mitarbeiter sind einfach zauberhaft. Freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht. Bilder können diesen Ort nur ansatzweise einfangen, es war perfekt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Расположение конечно - вау!! Шикарные виды на горы и джунгли. Номер симпатичный, размера на одну ночь хватило. Ужин и завтрак по заказу. Персонал услужливый. На этом хорошее закончилось. Интернет есть только на ресепшен, в номере даже сеть не показывает В горах всегда свежо, а одеял в номере нет, мы попросили - нам принесли пледы. Горячая вода - надо пропускать минут 20, чтобы пошла горячая И самое огорчительное- на ужин отравилась , с ночи и желудок болел и сопутствующее. При выезде попросили рассчитаться наличными, при отказе, разные карты и наша Юнион пэй и карта мастер иностранного банка - почему то не прошла! Не так , так эдак получили свои наличные. Не соответствует цене и качеству

It was a very disappointed Rude service By A Lady named JUDITH …As a hotelier and a Traveller with 22 years experience in the hospitality industry this was the bad experience I ever had and.she is not suitable for the hospitality industry.Very rude and even she doesn’t know how to answer a call or how to negotiate with a guest. Other staff and the services are very good.

Dit is een redelijk nieuw ( 4 jaar oud) hotel wat een prachtig uitzicht heeft over de bergen en vallei. Alle slaapplaatsen worden beehives genoemd, je slaap dus in een van alle luxe voorziene Bijenkorf. Heel grappig gezicht. Het uitzicht is schitterend het is hier heerlijk rustig en het klimaat is hier door de hoogte koeler dan elders in srilanka. Dit hotel ontbreekt het je aan niets. Er is een zwembad, uitzicht terras, en iedere kamer heeft een eigen veranda en een zitje naast de kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en eten is prima in orde.

They tried hard but staff didn’t really know what they were doing.. we had breakfast only but very basic. Hotel very isolated - nothing to do at all and room was a weird beehive shape which made everything echo (including using the toilet). View was sensational - but not with a sleepover

What a fabulous location. Staff were very helpful and great service. The unique accommodation and incredible scenery are mind blowing. The bird life and nature were incredible. Also the Sri Lankan breakfast were fantastic as well as the lunch and dinner menu. We look forward to coming back here.
