The staff are super friendly and helpful! They spend a lot of time cleaning the property. It is conveniently located as it’s within walking distance of Baga beach but not near the noise. The breakfast and food at the restaurant is wonderful. The pool and spa is just perfect! Loved everything here! Good value for money

Arrived late but was well taken care of , also organised personal driver at reasonable rate, had a good massage and reasonable priced breakfast - overall a good stay but more water bottles could be provided

Um pequeno hotel longe de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo perto de todas as atividades. A partir das 23h tranquilo, sem o barulho de Baga beach. Pessoal muito simpático e competente. Sempre que era necessário um taxi, nunca esperei mais de poucos minutos. Saliento a simpatia e a competência do serviço de receção. Os quartos são bons. Não é um hotel novo, mas é confortável.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Afsana, in particular, helped me make wonderful menu choices, and even offered items that were not, technically, available. Check-in was very easy and quick. The massages were very easy to book and great. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy as I had contacted the hotel and they immediately sent me a contact name and number. Gasper contacted me right away and provided plate number and car color. As I arrived at the airport, he was already outside waiting for me. He also provided a friend’s contact the following day as he was not available. His friend, Roland, was also wonderful. He always answered my messages within a minute or two. He was a great tour guide taking me to nice places in South and North Goa and never rushing me. He also took me to Bondla Santuary and offered to take me on an additional tour on the day of my return flight, which didn’t leave until 5:30 pm. I had a very nice stay and I enjoyed my balcony right by the river and with a partial view of the breaking ocean waves at Baga beach (a 15 minute walk). My room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The ambiance was very relaxing.

The resort is well connected with a beautiful Baga River. Staff are so friendly spl thanks to Elisha. Food is delicious. Worth stay value for money. Room was very clean , well maintained and Very hygienic. Baga and anjuna beach are few minutes from the resort . Also recommend to have your dinner at restaurant. Also they give discounts on food for inhouse guest.

Excellent hospitality at Acron water front. As it is named Water front, it's ambience is amazing. We went there with family to enjoy Dinner. Food was excellent and Icing on the cake was Serving with smile by The Staff at that time . Chef Ata Ur Rehman and team and Service by A smiling lady Afsana and Samuel took extra care. We had a great time there. l wish to visit there again with friends too. I will recommend others too visit there . Thanks Management of The Resorts Water front Acron.

The stay in the resort was a wonderful experience! Right from the scenic beauty, staff to the restaurant, rooms and the infinity pool, everything was top-notch! The food menu was excellent. The staff was always prompt to our needs, and were quite friendly too. The resort was right near the Baga river. All the rooms were nice, having ACs, TVs, clean bathrooms, soft beds etc. All the staff people, like Ajit, Anand, Rouland, Manoj, Saiel, Mallick, Babu Nath and the manager Chandan were friendly and excellent in their services. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Acron Waterfront Hotel and, despite the monsoon season, we were incredibly overwhelmed by everything this hotel had to offer. Not only does this hotel offer fantastic facilities, including a jacuzzi, spa and beautiful swimming pool, it also offers brilliant food at the restaurant. The rooms were comfortable, relaxing and spacious, which compliments the calming atmosphere of the hotel. Above all, the service of the staff stood out amongst everything else. The waiters and chefs take care of your needs, providing personalised dishes which are deliciously cooked to your satisfaction. Manager Gautam was particularly attentive and consistently went above and beyond to provide us with the help we required. The management team prioritise customer care. It is clear to see that they value their guests and that customer satisfaction is their main concern. From help ordering taxis to help with booking flights and recommending excursions, they excelled in all areas of care, much to our delight. I cannot recommend this 5* hotel enough. Acron Waterfront Resort offers a serene atmosphere with a great location near Baga Beach. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer excellent value for money. The attentive staff provides superb service, and the top-notch amenities, especially the infinity pool and spa, make for a truly memorable and relaxing stay.

After some days in Calangute we went to this cozy and lovely hotel close to Baga beach. Acron is a warm and familiar hotel in a calm area even if it’s close to the crowded Baga beach. Lovely and helpful staff, especially the pool guy how always had an infectious smile :).

Gautam and the Acron team have been exceptional with their hospitality during our visit to Acron. Before we had even begun our stay, Gatuam reached out to us to help coordinate our arrival. Upon arrival and during our stay, we were met with warmth, attention to detail and exceptional customer service from Gautam and the rest of the team. The Kokum juice on arrival was a nice and refreshing touch. I highly recommend the fresh watermelon juice! The club sandwich, and chicken broth were exceptional. It was my first time trying rose-leaf ice cream, and after tasting this, it will not be my last. The room we stayed in had everything we needed for our visit to Acron. It was exceptionally clean and the small touches such as magazines to read, packaged toiletries and bottles of water made it a wonderful stay. The pool and surrounding area were extremely peaceful to walk around in and sit, and stare out into the beautiful waterfront. It was wonderful to watch the night skies in the tranquility of the resort. Upon our departure, the team also recommended a taxi service to take us to the airport. They were punctual and got us to the airport earlier than expected. As we were leaving before dinner time, the team packed us some sandwiches made from Goan bread and cheese, and they stayed fresh for the journey and were a tasty addition. Acron, Gautam, and the team have been most hospitable before, during, and after our stay. We cannot wait to visit you all again! After a hectic couple of weeks of travelling, Acron was a haven away from the chaos outside. We also know that the resort is accessible to activities and more livelier hotspots should we fancy this next time. It was the perfect getaway and helped us replenish our energies before returning home. Thank you Gautam and to all the team at Acron for everything.
