巴加海德奧特高級酒店(Baga Hideout Premiere)

We were late for check out by 2 hours so the person at the reception started ralking loudly , abruptly and without any respect We asked him to charge us extra but instead of that he started talking rudely Highely rude staff Will Never go back again and suggest everyone never to visit at place where such kind of rude behaviour is done with the customers

Worst experience, the service was pathetic. The room and the bed was stinking. Basic hygiene was lacking. The bathroom was the worst dirty and leaking. Never will recommend or stay in future. The bathroom lacked all the accessories. The bed linen was dirty

Rooms were smaller, infact there were ***y dirty spots of seepages in room and washroom. Room lock wasn't working. When asked to get lock repaired or to change room, concerned person simply denied saying that nothing can be done. Breakfast was tasteless but food served in room was good. I wouldn't call it a resort as other than rooms and swimming pool there wasn't any open space. Only attraction is it's location near to baga beach and large swimming pool with 2-3 levels suitable for kids ans adults. What bothered most was attitude of Owner ( or the people at reception) wasn't good at all. They had taken customers for granted without offering a solution.

We stayed for about 2 nights in this hotel and our group was mostly friends. It was an excellent stay. 1. Hotel is nicely located and very close to Baga beach just 60 m. One can walk to Baga beach anytime even in middle of night. 2. Next to Tito's Lane and other night clubs. Very happening place. 3. The main Baga Calgunte Road is about 50 m away and all restaurants on the lane walking distance. We ate all our lunch, dinner there. 4. The rooms were really good. Very spacious. And had a den at top. Good for family with kids. 5. Finally the icing the swimming pool where rooms open to. What a pool. Plus they serve drinks next to pool. One can get into the pool from the room and still enjoy drinks. Special one. Hotel staff are very friendly and co-operative. You can book cabs also from the hotel.

It is beautiful hotel with blue and white theme and rooms are also well furnished and amenities also well featured and it has decent price in Goa I really liked the stay here and wish to visit again soon when I will come next time and thanks to staff

The only best part of the hotel in the swimming pool … rest everything is very below par. The breakfast had poor variety, the curd has mosquitoes in it. We had to go outside for food. Also we found people eating non- veg food inside the pool which was a not a great experience. After which we did not enter the pool at all. Overall not a great experience

The property is very good. All amenities are available. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
